I do think that somebody way above the cops rank are fairly concerned about the public perception, keeping folks worried and such. Humans act differently out of fear, much closer to herd mentality.

Conspiracies are generally hard to keep hidden, and as the number of people involved rises, the odds drop to exceedingly low. So to claim that the worlds govts are conspiring to keep Americans "fearful" despite the clear evidence that these threats are out there-is well hard to defend.
And the irony is not lost on me-that after stating the odds of being harmed in a terror plot are slim, you are relying on an even more remote explaination

If the CIA can smuggle dope, and they can and do, then some other branch can conduct certain exercises too. Outfits like Blackwater do exist, and they do what they are told.
I understand that things like Tunisia happen, they've been happening for at least decades. I would simply like to know if the guy was hired to do that, or any other pertinent information, but I know the truth will not be forthcoming from the government.
