Report: Charleston shooting suspect confessed, wanted to start race war | WDTN

CHARLESTON, S.C. (MEDIA GENERAL) – 7:30 a.m. UPDATE: Charleston church shooting suspect Dylann Roof confessed to police and said he wanted to start a race war, CNN reports.

—-

While Charleston, South Carolina, mourns following a church shooting that left nine dead Wednesday, June 17, 2015, the legal process moves on for suspected killer Dylann Roof.

Well, that settles that. Hate crime (and terrorism?) by admission. Fry the bastard.

I don't care what you label it, he did an awful thing to innocent people, and he was obviously a vessel for violence and hatred. He will never be in society ever again

For sure he did shoot the wrong people.

This is just another example of liberals like Dylann root attacking Christians.

That is strange. Who would be the right people?

I think what he means is, his purpose was to try and use the horrific murders as a tipping point to start a race war will have the direct opposite effect - it will bring people together not drive them further apart. I seriously flawed calculation on his part ... now Christians of all colors, denominations from all over will not only provide support and comfort but will by the act of coming together heal and forgive (a very Christian thing to do) which will make the races closer.

Race war?

Where have I heard that before?
