Why didn't they put him into a hospital? This man hated humanity, he wanted to commit his crime and his psychiatrist perfectly knew it. They prescribed him meds and seems like they had no effect. Why did he even had a gun? Such people must be isolated from the society and they should be checked constantly for gun ownership. America is very far from being a third world country yet there are so many shootings that it makes me think otherwise.

We all know the U.S. criminal justice system is flawed, but few are likely aware of just how bad it is compared to the rest of the world. The International Center for Prison Studies estimates that America imprisons 716 people per 100,000 citizens (of any age). That's significantly worse than Russia (484 prisoners per 100,000 citizens), China (121) and Iran (284). The only country that incarcerates a higher percentage of its population than we do is North Korea. The U.S. is also the only developed country that executes prisoners – and our death penalty has a serious race problem: 42 percent of those on death row are black, compared to less than 15 percent of the overall population.

Read up on insane asylums in the USA during the first half of the twentieth century. Back then you could be committed to the hospital by almost anyone. If someone committed you because they didn't like you, you may have had your sanity when you went in, but they made sure that you lost it before you ever got out. If ever.

Cleaning up that atrocity caused us to swing back in the other direction. It's very difficult to hold someone today if they don't want to stay there themselves. As far as owning guns goes, you can't have them taken away unless you are arrested and deemed by the judge to be medically incompetent to stand trial. Some crazy people try very hard not to be different. Like this guy.

Psychoatrists are the ministers of earth and he had sinned, he was destroying the family, an important neurotransmiter, off the east please, and that story was fabricated.
