Mitt Romney gives a brutal PowerPoint critique of Obama’s foreign policy

Oh yea the GOP is " dying off ".

You can tell they're in BIG trouble after the 2014 Midterms, right ?

You people were so " successful " you turned Texas Blue...

Oh wait, thats not right.
We don't need TexASS as long as we have the 55 electoral votes California gives us..

Yes our base needs to start showing up like we did in 2006. And even thou the Repugs did well last year you still don't have enough votes to override the Veto!!

You will find out the hard way next year, when we kick your ass can't wait..

Lol !!

You sure needed Texas back during the Midterms.

Millions of dollars were wasted trying to turn Texas Blue.

Now that ths Democrats got their Clocks cleaned and Texas is even REDDER....you don't need us anymore ?

Seems to me that the worst failings of the Obama administration foreign policy aren't much different from that of the previous administration. By encouraging the toppling of the strong-armed leaders of primitive societies, he has continued a pattern established by Bush, and what has been unleashed in the process is all as predictable as when Bush did so.

Exactly. Wonder why so few acknowledge this! Party loyalty over real national interest is what I see.

You're right...it's old news and it has nothing to do with the topic of this thread. Unless, of course, you want to maintain that the sum of his foreign policy experience is derived from registering his yacht in the Caymans. LOL!!

This can be turned into a PowerPoint presentation about him too. Take the defeat graciously instead of backstabbing your opponent four years after you lost out.

Oh noes! What are you doing bringing reason and sanity into a DP thread, are you crazy or something?! :)

I'm sure you had the same complaint about John Kerry constantly criticizing the man who defeated him.

Here's just one gem.

Kerry Assails Bush's Foreign Policy

I don't give a ****, nobody put a gun to their head and made them join the Military..

Funny and extremely hypocritical how the Cons, and Tea Maggots always scream about how much they hate the Government, yet Love the Military!! The last time I checked the Military is part of the Government..

Yea 1976 was a great year huh!! All the Gazillions of folks like me born in the 1970s and 80s and even the 90s. Are all gonna be around a helluva lot longer than those old white fogys who vote Repug..

Youth is a great thing huh!! And the majority of us swing left.

If you were born in the 1970s, you're middle aged. Nothing is worse than a middle aged man pretending to be young.

???

You characterize telling the truth about someone as "backstabbing"??

My, my...such vitriol.

Yes, it has, and it's getting worse.

May yet be the death of the nation, or at least it's contortion into something completely unrecognizable.
<*sigh*>
What a noble experiment, this United States. Felled by the combined poison of a media chasing sensationalistic story related ratings, politicians with no sense of responsibility or honor to the electorate rather viewing the electorate as sheeple to be manipulated by lies, and an inattentive and uninformed / ill-informed electorate that's just interested in 'what have you done for me lately?' - all rather than 'what's in the best interest of the nation'. Selfishness. Foolishness.

I wouldn't write off the great experiment just yet. We've survived worse things in the past.

No longer?

It seems to me that train left the station a long time ago, long before anyone ever heard of Barack Obama.

The current POTUS looks more and more like my avatar.

Whether Romney could have done any better is one question we'll never be able to answer.

He would have continued in the same arc started by Bush and continued by Obama. Everybody on the right wants to pretend that it would all be different if he won, but realistically he would have had to fight uphill against his own party.

No no no. The world would be a utopia of only we'd elected Romney. The Civil War has nothing on now.

True, but weren't those mostly external threats and challenges? This is from within, assaulting the soft underbelly of the interior and the people's very spirit.

I guess we'll see if the nation can pull itself from this or not.

Oh, brother. I rolled my eyes so hard when I read this I severed my optic nerves. I'm blind now.

Did Hillary Clinton admit that Saddam Hussein was giving aid and comfort to Al Qaeda or not ?

And your nearly 40 years old and count yourself as a " youth "...Lol

Fail....

California 8th largest economy in the World where is TexASS ???

Greetings, Erik. :2wave:

Well said! People just don't seem as happy today as they used to be in years past, and I blame that mostly on "chaos overload." We had a known enemy in WW2, and we dealt with it and won - how many wars are we fighting today and slowly losing to savages like ISIS - and I don't want to hear that they're not really "wars," because they sure are, and it's costing millions of dollars in the process, which we can ill afford! Then there's Russia and China doing their best to keep us on edge, which just adds to the chaos! Are we wrong in defending our allies in Ukraine and the South China Sea? I don't think so but it is also going to keep us occupied while our infrastructure slowly continues to crumble at home from lack of money. Disgusting!

Yea 39 is really old huh:lamo..

No one is saying your'e a senior citizen, just that your not a " youth ".

Maybe its time for you to start acting your age.
