And to the bolded. Well, of course not, at this point they're his ideals, as they are of a majority, in some instances you may notice, a vast majority, of republicans. But we will have to elect him before they can become his polices, so let's get the word out, mach schnell!!
NO, the Unions represent themselves, not " the people ".

And no, he does not need to be elected for those policies to be his own.

Its HIS 12 point plan, and he's responsible for it.

    And no I'm not a 1 percenter.

Dont need to be to know that idiotic policies meant to " redistribute the wealth " hurt the Middle class the most in the end.

The unions represent the people, which is why they're such a threat to republicans that represent the corporations.

When ideals such as Sanders' are implemented, they become actual policies. Until then, they're just his ideals, and we'll need to get him elected for him to implement them.

And he would love to be responsible for its implementation.

Why do you consider taxes as a redistribution of the wealth? That darling term baked up in some extreme right gallery somewhere.

    BOOOYAAAHHH!!!

Poll: Bernie Gains on Hillary in New Hampshire

Bernie Sanders, the independent Democratic senator from Vermont, is within striking distance of former secretary of state Hillary Clinton in a new poll of likely New Hampshire presidential primary voters. A new survey from the Morning Consult finds 44 percent of New Hampshire voters who say they will vote in the Democratic primary support Clinton with 32 percent supporting Sanders.

I can't wait to see Thrilla cast his vote for Bernie.

Bernie Sanders 'Stunned' By Large Crowds Showing Up For Him

When Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders took the stage at Drake University in Des Moines Friday night, he got a standing ovation. The auditorium holds 700 people and it was packed, including the balcony.

In Keene, N.H. a thousand people showed up to see Sanders speak. They couldn't all fit in the room. Same thing happened in Minnesota — except the crowd was estimated at 5,000.

Sanders has an event scheduled Saturday in Denver, and already more than 3,000 people have registered to attend.

No other candidate is drawing these sizes of crowds.

Last week, Bernie Sanders, the Senator from Vermont and only announced challenger to Hillary Clinton for the Democratic nomination, took a strong stand for everyday people. He proposed a financial transactions tax (FTT), effectively a Wall Street sales tax, and to use the revenue to make public colleges tuition free.
yeah he's a socialist. that is what socialists do-take money from some to pay for stuff others want for free

unions represent union members, most importantly union bosses. Not people

That's kind of what all taxes does. Regardless of what political persuasion you want to label the originator of said tax.

some politicians want to tax people more to hand out more stuff
others do not. left-wingers tend to want to do it more than libertarians or hard core budget hawks like republican Steven Chabot (my congressman)

True, but even libertarians don't want to abolish all taxes. And any tax can be defined as what you just called socialism.

I don't agree because that expands the concept of socialism far past its boundaries.

well the point of taxes at all is to redistribute money from some to benefit others.
