And now there are ~45 million Americans living in poverty.
Worth noting, Democrats: President Trump will have a Pen and a Phone. #Precedent.

More lies--GOPs began "swift-boating" HRC on the night of the 2012 election--it's what you people do .
Right, and those on the left never besmirch their opponents. Hypocrisy, pass it on.

Yeah, I could do that, however I would rather point out that since you have written much on the subject of bias you know Dick about it.

It's easy to like Bush once he has no power.

But yeah, each election we just go further down the barrel. Bush and Obama aren't really different, and we won't have anything different next time either. Just slightly worse than the last.

Like it or not that's how many other powerful nations see Obama. As window-dressing by white liberals. They were always going to take advantage of that geopolitical truth and there was little to nothing Obama could have ever truly done to stop that.
that is because Obama did it to himself. instead of presenting himself as a strong leader he presented himself as an apologizer. he presented himself as weak.
no one else did it to him but himself.

that is why no one respects him.

other countries might not have liked bush they didn't like Reagan all that much either but they respected them.

My car is better than yours.

Seriously, after a decade of relentlessly attacking Bush, there must be some long faces in the WH and on the left.
Obama pulled out of Iraq prematurely which allowed ISIS to get a foothold. Now his heart isn't in getting rid of ISIS and his actions show it. He backed removing Ghaddafi and now Lybia is a failed state and a haven for terrorists. He didn't save the economy. The economy recovered on its own despite all the things that Obama did to harm it. You can get insurance but not the doctor or hospital you might like, and it looks like the whole system is in danger of collapse. Bin Laden is dead but Al Qaeda is very much alive. Terrorism is on the run -- currently running all over Iraq and killing people by the thousands.

And, as always, it's Bush's fault.

    1) Comparing FAVORABILITY ratings to JOB APPROVAL ratings is comparing apples to oranges and is rather intellectually dishonest. They are in essence, two very different things. Favorability rating is basically, "Do you like a guy." Job approval rating is "Do you approve of the job someone is doing." Those are two very different measures of "popularity."

    2) Almost all ex-Presidents enjoy growth in their favorability ratings after they leave office. They don't have to deal with the media, Congress, the realities of governing and executing policy, scandals that may or may not be their fault, etc. All ex-Presidents have to do is stay home, make intermittent public appearances, not put themselves in a position to do something douchebaggy that will be reported by TMZ, and they'll be fine. Look at Jimmy Carter.

    3) A better comparison would be to compare Bush and Obama's job approval ratings at the same point in their respective presidencies. Obama's current approval rating is about 47% based on Gallup. Bush, at a similar point in his Presidency, was in the low thirties.

But I suppose it's easier to grab on to a partisan bull**** headline and not do the intellectual legwork to notice that apples are being compared to oranges than it is to be honest about reality.
    That's an EXCELLENT point. Nice.

What happens if both are rated on the job each has done while in office? Oops.

    Thank you, Quazi!

He was a humble ex-president until the day he was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize. His ego has been inflated every since. Someone should point out to him that the prize as awarded to him merely as a jab against republicans...just as the one awarded to Obama, despite being nominated only two weeks after he was elected president. He had not even taken office yet.
