The group (Al Qaeda) participated in the Iraqi insurgency, which had followed the March 2003 invasion of Iraq. In January 2006, it joined other Sunni insurgent groups to form the Mujahideen Shura Council, which in October 2006 proclaimed the formation of the Islamic State of Iraq (ISI). :shock: Formed under the watchful eye of the Bush administration!!!

And its brains were spattered on the road in the US surge.
The last thing to go through their head were US bullets.
And Iraq was largely pacified...until Obama became POTUS.

THEN, the islamists knew, it was time.
They were right.
 
When does Obama's Foreign Policy disasters stop being a issue of incompetence and indifference and start being a willful act to help a radical ideology grow in strength and numbers ?

From the Arab Spring to handing ovet a perfectly good drone to the Iranian Government ( and then lying about a ) to inviting representatives of the Muslim Brotherhood to the White House to purposefully destabilizing a entire region it sure seems he has a agenda and its NOT to subdue Terrorism or the ideology that uses it.
