Centrist George Pataki Tests Republican Waters With White House Bid

It's been 15 years since they selected an (eventually) electable pres. It has been 7 years since they selected the unelectable McCain.

Bush was president until January 2009, he was the last electable Republican to hold the office. Your metric is broken because it would determine that the Democrats haven't nominated an electable president for 6 years.

I got to meet Pataki last night, and I am VERY impressed. I also got to meet Scott Walker again. I really think at this point my choices are either of them, and I'm also giving Rand Paul a close look.
