The International Center for Prison Studies estimates that our death penalty has a serious race problem: 42 percent of those on death row are black, compared to less than 15 percent of the overall population. I don' think it's about race. If you know, what I mean.

You misrepresented what I said and now you won't acknowledge the "mistake" (which I doubt it was) was yours. I see no reason to waste any more time on you.
Why don't you chill the **** out dude!!!!! Your post 63 looks to me (and did to someone else) that you were saying that life in prison instead of the death penalty is "getting off". I already said that if that's not what you meant, then there's no problem, what's wrong with you?
Killing one person is murder, killing 100,000 is foreign policy

Applauding to your words, that is exactly what I was thinking about death penalty. The even cannot (or better don't want to) create a 100% momentary weapon, I bet it is not that hard to find a way.
Sentencing for a lifetime has no sense. You either release from prison with a chance given by Law to change your life, or you have no point of living (a lot here will not agree with my point, but from my point a lifetime living in fail is not living, but existing).

No need to mention State expenses on keeping them alive, taxdollars needed for better things..

The supporters of a strict death penalty don't give a **** about studies, they know best.

Show me where my post says what you claim it does or admit you got it wrong (or lied). Back up your contention that I said what you said I did.

I guess we'll see how many more times you falsely tell someone I said that in this thread. I have a problem with liars and that doesn't end just because you declare there's "no problem".

It takes time to go through appeals and sometimes even retriahttp://criminal.lawyers.com/criminal...-a-reason.html

So you not only shoot someone in the head once but you do it twice why do you expect the convict to live if you do it only once ? It wouldn't be a shock as the human skull is quite resilant and people have survived before , but if you expect them to live through one then it would be painful to do it twice .

Show me where it says what you're claiming it said. Either of you. Back up your accusation or is this just an example of the kind of honesty we can expect from anti DPers?

Not killing people is just such a minimization strategy.
It minimizes certain risks and heightens others. You prefer to heighten the risk that somebody will murder again.

Once they've died in prison there isn't much to be done either.
