You just cant help yourself can you. Bush left office in 2009. US forces left in 2011. The failure of the Iraqi military is a failure of the Iraqi military not USFP.

Bull ****. The world wasn't jumping up and down insisting on regime change in Iraq. This was a joint PNAC/Bush initiative from the days of Bush's Texas governorship.

Saddam Hussein held Islamic extremists in check, the original USFP failure was Iraqi regime change. The world knows this, the GOP knows this, it doesn't require a Fletch acknowledgment.

If Iraq wanted to defend their own lands they would have adequately funded and trained their soldiers. This is not our concern, to blame them is accomplishing nothing.

Great point. Unfortunately, Turkey is making strides backwards, and if they continue on their present course, they should be kicked out of the EU.

Bush said they weren't ready. When we pulled out prematurely Malaki installed all Shia commanders, the Sunni's split and the whole deal fell apart. Wouldn't have happened if Obama took Bush's advice.

Turkey doesn't want the "Biden" solution with multiple states.
As per the excellent example finebead spoke of last night with Yugoslavia>>>>>>Serbia--Bosnia--Herzegovina.

Obama's too proud and I hate to say, too much of a punk, to listen to his VP also--as with Sen. Warren on TPP.
Even GOPs in the know caught in a truthful moment agree with Biden's views .

Had Bush taken any advice whatsoever there wouldn't have been regime change in Iraq, we wouldn't be talking about the Islamic State.
