Ukraine to honor groups that killed Jews in World War II

With Russian tanks and soldiers.
If you believe that Crimeans did not choose of their own free will to join the Russian Federation then you are truly deluded. The vote was a landslide and that landslide was predicted. To try to claim otherwise is just silly.

If you believe in that was a "fair election" then I have some North Korea election votes for you to look at.

I think your information collection receiver is located too close a proximity to a FauxNEWS bunghole.
I fully realize that you are not interested in factual information.
The USA has been the "bad guy" in almost all regional interference in the last few centuries.
Of course, it's not a bad thing if the CORPORATE profits are good, eh?

Two questions:

a. How a "fair election" process supposed to look like in your opinion?

b. Can you please describe the timeline of the conflict as you see it?

Fallen.

A fair election would of had the option of " keep the status quo". This election had no such option and it was also declared invalid by 13 UN council members.

As for option b I am not going through this again with you, we both know what side of the fence we sit on.

What "status quo"?

I don't really care how many UN council members declare something invalid/valid, if the political situation would have been different the declarations would've been different as well.

Regarding the second part, fair enough.

Fallen.

No because Crimea instigated the conflict.

Crimea wasn't Russia, like the protests that you support for self determination in Libya, Syria, Egypt and elsewhere, by consistency you'd have supported the protestations for self determination in Crimea as well, save for your subjective and irrational bias against Russia. ;)

Operation Odessy started on March 19th, the civil war began on March 16th.

With full knowledge that the backing of the yanks and British were coming. Stop being obtuse.

With Russian tanks and soldiers.

For Christ's sake dude. You are patently transparent in your double standard. Deal with it. The Crimean's made their choice. They're not persuaded by your bias and dual standards.

Ukraine has attempted to moderate its approach by stating that individuals known to have either committed or propagandized war crimes can no longer be officially recognized as national heros.

The Russian concern about facism in Ukraine- and it does exist, is also ironic as a variety of far right Russian groups are used as recruitment pools for pro Russian batallions. Likewise, it was a pro Russian irregular commander, not a a Ukrainian one, who briefly enacted anti Jewish policies.

We don't disagree about the Russians. I still believe Ukraine would gain more from rescinding the laws in question than preserving even parts of them.

Of course they chose, and quite naturally, Russia responded. The US operations in Libya were legitimized on the basis that the interim government "requested" our help. Just as Crimean's did and Russia responded by securing their people's and assets there. This is why Putin has dug his heels in on this, to his countries hurt by sanctions on principle of this constant dual standard by the West.

Stupid analogy. There are no elections in NK, not even unfair elections.

And when UN council members pass dozens of resolutions against Israel, Suddenly UN council members haven't much relevance.

Yes, There Are Bad Guys in the Ukrainian Government
It's time for a frank conversation about some of the unsavory characters in Kiev.

CFR Admits US Staged Coup In Ukraine Colaborating With Neo-fascist/Nazi Elements (which is exactly what Russia has accused Kiev of)

U.S. and European leaders blundered in attempting to turn Ukraine into a Western stronghold on Russia’s border.

The United States and its European allies share most of the responsibility for the crisis. The taproot of the trouble is NATO enlargement, the central element of a larger strategy to move Ukraine out of Russia’s orbit and integrate it into the West.

This is correct, and unfortunately, not reported or under reported in the USA's mainstream media.
