As with their amnesty for illegal aliens, liberals are again trying to buy criminal votes by not enforcing laws.

Bill Bratton Considering Amnesty For 1.2 Million Low-Level Offenders « CBS New York

may 18 2015
]NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) — Police Commissioner Bill Bratton is behind a controversial proposal to grant amnesty to more than 1 million people with open warrants for low-level offenses.
But some experts worry it could cause crime to skyrocket.
First he called for reduced penalties for smoking marijuana. Now, Bratton wants to explore granting amnesty to 1.2 million city residents with open warrants for low-level offenses, people who run the risk of being arrested for failing to resolve tickets for drinking in public, disorderly conduct and the like, CBS2’s Marcia Kramer reported Monday.

Sounds like the opposite of the so called "broken window" idea.

On the plus side, police will have more time to deal with serious crime.
On the minus side, there won't be much point in issuing citations for minor offences.

And this is coming from the POLICE COMMISSIONER himself!!!! He's the guy who supposed to be enforcing the laws not ignoring them. And you can bet this amnesty will have an affirmative action bias. Whites will be told to pay your fine or else. It just keeps getting crazier.

1.2 million? That sure is a lot. Wouldn't this be easier:

Whites only. Doubt it.
The war on small time drug possession is a lost battle. Tying Officers up in court, or looking the other way.

The idea that our criminal justice system would be favorable to minorities is ludicrous.
