Perhaps it was entirely fiction. The TLA stood for “no humans involved”. The context in which I remember the phrase seemed very similar to the “cockroach rule” that you described, indicating a lack of concern on the part of law enforcement over scumbags killing other scumbags.
The five great lies of the Left Wrong:
We can be Godless and free. • “Social justice” through forced redistribution of wealth. • Silencing religious opinions counts as “diversity”. • Freedom without moral and personal responsibility. • Civilization can survive the intentional undermining of the family.

Today i must admit im a huge fan of the 2nd amendment, you right wing goons always play the founding fathers card, constitution, etc, im starting to like it more

A 3rd of Texans don't have health insurance, that's roughly 33%, i wonder how many needed to go to the hospital without insurance, and will foot the bill to the taxpayers???????????

Isn't that freeloading, orr ummm i thought the takers were only Blacks and Mexicans??

Ahem, that would be, "you're so stupid..."

If you're going to call others "stupid", learn how to use such simple things as contractions.

"No Humans Involved." It's from a CSI episode.

Something very similar to this happened in Nevada over 10 years ago, and ironic how gangs like the Mafia, (ran by whites) and those Aryan Militia pro white Government hating maggots, never get negatively brought up by the Conservatives, Repugs, it's always Mexicans blah blah blah, oh and Chicago, why is that??

Guess all them White gangs, are the Democrats Liberals fault too huh!?????

Now US 56 just misses TX--and heads for Angel Fire and the "Enchanted Circle"--wife and I have seen much of NM.
Within that circle is an enclave known as "little Texas"--just as in SC Colorado.

There's something about NM that truly intrigues me--even at this moment.

I actually live just off US 54 (called the Patriot Freeway here). There's a lot of cool places in NM. Been skiing in Ruidoso and Taos. Santa Fe's a nice place to visit all times of the year. The only bad thing about NM is the enchanted drivers.
