I take it you know something about the admissions policies of elite colleges. Do you think the elite colleges Mr. Obama and his wife attended admitted them solely on merit? If so, I wonder why Mr. Obama has never made the transcripts of his grades public.

The parts of Mrs. Obama's senior thesis at Princeton that I have read online suggest strongly that she could not have been admitted to that law school on merit alone. It is such sophomoric, cliche drivel that a smart, self-respecting high school junior would be embarrassed to have cranked it out.
If you cared about college transcripts then I take it that you would demand them from every other president in American History in addition to every VP and loser of the presidential elections as well. However since you only demand them from Black presidents may I deduce that you also post on stormfront and neo-nazi websites where your views are more accepted? And yes, it's likely both Michelle and Barack got accepted purely on merit.

You don't seem to dispute or have a problem with Obama graduating top of his class for example. Are you implying that Harvard University working in conjuction with every one of his professors engaged in a conspiracy to change his grades and none of his classmates or administrators had a problem with this taking place?

The whole "I demand his transcripts" is just an evolution of the "I demand his birth certificate" movement that was discrediting the entire GOP's already dim reputation.

    Not really.

I'd really like to see Obama's Occidental transcript and find extremely peculiar that transcript's being under lock-and-key.

Only that legacy policies are no longer the issue and the current affirmative action policies addressed in the OP have nothing to do with it, they solely exist to give some racial minorities a bigger chance to get accepted over other racial groups. Unlike in your scenario, racial minorities are no longer discriminated against by current higher-education policies, and even when they were being discriminated against the solution should have been to cancel these policies and not to install new policies that do the same thing only the other way around.

That you are able to convince yourself in the righteousness of your position, which supports racial discrimination pure and simple, should be worrying. But as you said yourself, you do not seem to care much, so so be it.

They don't get the same level of assistance. Are there any other ignorant comments you'd like to share?

They aren't. The rich black person's race is considered. The poor black person's race and economic background is considered.

Actually, affirmative action is about countering other admissions policies that benefit white people unequally, including legacy policies, so the policies discussed in the OP have everything to do with that. If you don't understand this, then that explains why you are so committed to your misinformed position on affirmative action - you truly have no idea what you're talking about. I almost stopped responding to you because your comments were so absurd, but now I'm glad I continued because I understand the root of the absurdity.

Where does the constitution give the SC authority to rewrite the constitution? If you want to change the constitution, you have to go thru the amending process. THINK

People don't have a problem with non-merit-based admissions policies. They don't have a problem with policies that benefit certain races over others. They have a problem with black people.
Legacy admissions are NOT based on race and are NOT mandated by the govt. That's the huge difference.

And BTW - blacks are free to buy their way into college too. They choose not to. Instead they demand the govt give them a place in college they have neither earned nor paid for.

Fun fact: White women are the main beneficiaries of AA.
