    Yeah, the only one who can be convicted is the driver, but not for murder. The prosecutor is completely wrong about the probable cause for arrest. I expect that and dependent charges will be summarily thrown out of court. She is wrong about the depraved indifference of the other officers. The guy didn't die of asthma, his neck was broken.

    This prosecutor will be taken off of the case and the next prosecutor is going to drop most of the charges and go with manslaughter against the driver.

    This prosecutor is acting a lot like the prosecutor in the Duke rape case, and we know what happened to him.

    Geez, cops most certainly do need unions for representation. People who work with the public deserve due process.
