Ya, think?

Let's not let the truth get in the way of a good riot.

I do not believe it is possible to break your own neck by slamming your head against a wall nor collapsing your own throat when handcuffed.

There are millions of dollars, prosecutions of police, and probably lost higher-up jobs, plus riots to deal with. In short, I do not believe he broke his own neck and collapsed his own throat.

But you tell me how a handcuffed person in the immediately presence of police could break his own neck and collapse his own throat if you want to believe that. It's as believable as claiming someone shot themselves in the back of the head 3 times. I think making this explanation is just going to piss people off even more.

It is interesting to see how quickly two members who claim people who are arrested lie, but absolutely believe this prisoner as if the edict from God himself.

This takes 10 days to come out, & its from the corporate media? OH it has to be the truth. LOL

Of course it is possible. Not to recognize that is absurd.

Truth usually does piss off a certain portion of our population.

What reason do you have to doubt what he says?

We just said its possible. Also, never heard that his throat was collapsed. Only that he had a spinal injury.

From the corporate media?
No, released by the corporate media as news but from the investigation and used in an application for a search warrant.

And trying to cast aspersion on it because it was released by the "corporate media" is folly.
Who else do you think would be putting into the media? The jelly man?

Fact is they are reporting on the information they received.

You also couldnt believe someone can be injured or killed by a falling bullet fired straight up and coming back down. I had to show you that was possible too.

Leaked by the cops 10 days after. Who got their info from a guy they had under arrest. Wonder what kinda deal that guy got. People don't just speak up for the cops in that area. If anything the guy would have said the opposite. Unless he got something or the cops twisted his arm.

Now you are absurdly assuming some sort of deal instead of results from investigation. :doh

The number of days are also meaningless.
There is an ongoing investigation. Why would that information be released prior to the finish (except by leak) of that investigation?

You're absurdly assuming they are not.

Sounds real fishy, almost like they want people to riot. People in those neighborhoods don't like or trust the cops. No way this guy just helps them out, & gets them off the hook, if it happened or not.

If you give me 10k. I will pay you back next week. Trust Me.

Wrong. You are engaged in absurdity.
Without evidence to suggest otherwise, it is the only logical assumption that can be made.

Only to those with convoluted thoughts.

Am I now, consider the source. Cops stick together, & protect one another. They are investigating themselves, & this police force has a history of being brutal. They payed out 6 mil last year for this kinda ****.

Believe who want, I think you picked sides before you even knew this.

iLOL :doh

That is your own biases speaking.

OK my friend, I like to call it common sense.
:doh
Common sense does not include making absurd assumptions like you did.

Yep, another "pos criminal" is suddenly very credible, lol.

http://theconservativetreehouse.com...y-from-car-accident-a-week-before-his-arrest/

Read this article, it explains the car accident case by stating it was not actually a car accident that he filled suit for, but for possible lead paint poisoning which occurred for several years due to lead based paint. This occurred while he was a developing teen. If you look at the effects of lead poisoning, one of the possible effects of long term exposure is that it effects bone development and in some cases can lead to Osteoporosis. If he had weakened bones due to lead exposure, it is more then possible that the struggle during his arrest may have caused the fatal injury, which then was made worse by moving his neck all over the place. If he had to be taserd when he was arrested, then he was resisting. The video only shows the arrest, and not what occurred prior, but based on the witnesses, he was taserd. If you look at his arrest record, he also does have an arrest for assault, so he was not only a drug dealer, but a potentially violent drug dealer. Which leads me to believe there is evidence that he resisted arrest, and based on a previous medical condition, was fatally injured during his arrest.

In addition, but what for the arrestee thought of Gray's actions, the information was already out in the public.

From the 24th.
Batts said another man who was in the van during the tail end of Gray's ride told investigators that Gray was "was still moving around, that he was kicking and making noises" up until the van arrived at the station. Batts said the man also said the driver did not speed, make sudden stops of "drive erratically."

Not exactly. An officer claiming to have interviewed the prisoner, who only shared the last 5 minutes of the ride with the victim, says the prisoner said the guy was trying to hurt himself. HOWEVER, apparently in earlier testimony the same prisoner said it was silent for the 5-10 minutes he was in the van. Seems there's some discrepancy perhaps brought on by intimidation tactics, be that tactic a carrot or a stick, toward the extra prisoner.

*UPDATED* – Did Freddie Gray Have Spinal Surgery (From Prior Car Accident) A Week Before His Arrest?… | The Last Refuge

Except as was pointed out to me in another thread, assault could mean something as essentially benign as spitting on someone, even if it lands on clothing as opposed to an open wound that could become infected, :eyeroll: And a drug dealer could be the really nice 26yo that shares his mj with me since I actually need it medical reasons though I am not a CA resident and can't get an mmj card, he could. So he got one, buys for me, and really rarely smokes. Not a "drug dealer" by most standards, but could be arrested and charged thusly.
