The author attributed the quote to the witness.
What do you not understand about that?

    "His statement", not anyone else's.
What about this do you not understand?

Even the prosecutor has acknowledged that those were snippets of the witness's statement.
What do you not understand about this as well?

The author lied in his statement. You are obviously unwilling to accept this.

Clearly you know not of what you speak.
I have already acknowledged that the author may have badly worded his report.
But he clearly attributed the quote to the witness, not anyone else. Which just shows you have not paid attention to what has been provided.

It would be nice if they had an ignore function. Whenever i see ANY of excons posts i purposely zoom past them and dont read a word. He is just way too annoying to try to comprehend. Ive never seen 1 single post by him that seemed useful or sincere.

Same here. I get no notification that he replied. I just have to trip across the reply.

So now we have a source close to the case telling Megyn Kelly that the witness is on video telling the investigators that he was repeatedly banging his head against the van and that he sounded like a mad man.

    Cool.

Let's see the tape. Perhaps a person close to the case could provide it.

I mean, none of the three people featured on that panel - neither Megyn Kelly nor her two guests - have seen the alleged tape. One guest says yeah, sure, it makes sense that there would be a tape, but none of them have seen it.

Kind of a shame, isn't it? That there hasn't been a single first-hand source to corroborate?

The prosecutor has already acknowledged to the Court that the witness made the previous statements that were reported on. You know, those that he denied making.

But she is also trying to control the narrative. When she stops, the first hand information will be made available.

The defense also has a vested interest in controlling the narrative. They could do so pretty easily if they released the video.
