Comes down to motivation of the white cops against a black suspect.

Its that kind of irresponsible nonsense thats leading to riots, violence and destruction in these inner city areas.
No it is the actions of irresponsible corrupt police and local government that is leading to riots, violence and destruction.

And a Prosecutor who just happens to be married to a City Council member AND who's largest contributor is the attorney of Freddie Gray is hardly objective.
And you can back up these claims of course?

Its obvious she threw every charge she could hoping one would stick.

    She' s seeking " justice " ? Yea right.
LOL seriously? Breaking police rules, false arrest... those charges are some how wrong?

They three every charge they could at these Police.

No way they bring all those charges to trial. This is to stop the riots.

They will have to prove IINTENT to get them on the Second degree murder charge.

If a Police Officer didn't literally enter into the van, close the door behind him and slam the prisoner into the back of the van, then they won't be successful with their prosecution.

You have no clue, just the temerity to accuse others of it.

Who would you suggest, since you indicate you probably wouldn't trust the FBI? Now, if you bring in independent citizens, who have no investigative abilities, only their biases, then you muck up the case so it is unsalvageable.

    Sure I do.

Yesterday the Medical examiner said there was no evidence that Gray was injured by the Police during his arrest or while he was in the back of the van.

The Medical examiner said wounds on Freddies head matched a bolt on the back of the Van.

Now today its " Homicide ". LOL !!! Something happened over night to change the narrative.

How corrupt is the Baltimore City Government ? Throwing their Police under the Bus.

I was watching the DA on TV when she made the announcement. Afterwards, several former judges were interviewed. Judge Alex Ferrer said that unless she has other extenuating evidence, he doesn't see manslaughter sticking, and it's going to be hard to prove, especially since no outward injuries were committed personally by the police. Judge Ferrer, also was a police officer as well so he brings a lot of experience to the table. They also interviewed Judge Jeannine Pirro, and she said that Maryln Mosby seems very sure of herself and must have some kind of impelling evidence to apply these charges.

Now, it's my opinion, for what it is worth, but she has about 4 months as the prosecutor. She is very new, and this is her first case. She wants to look good for her constituents, and maybe get awarded rookie of the year. It's all political here, and it makes me think of the witch hunt conjured up by the NC prosecuting attorney on his pursuit of the Duke lacrosse players.

The rioting is the action of irresponsible thugs, who have no respect for others' personal property, but think the government owes them for their perceived discrimination, when it's their own fault, they didn't get too far in their life's career.

I see.. so racism is not a problem nor police brutality? Shooting someone in the back is just normal in the US? Stopping people because of their skin colour.. is just standard operating procedure right? Why are so many right wingers in the US in such denial?

    You can't possibly be serious.
I dont see where i claimed that. In fact, I literally suggested the opposite.
