I think if Thomas Jefferson were looking down, the author of the Bill of Rights, on whats being proposed here, hed agree with it. He would agree that the First Amendment cannot be absolute. - Chuck Schumer (D). Yet, Madison and Mason wrote the Bill of Rights, according to Sheila Jackson Lee, 400 years ago. Yup, it's a fact.

Give classified info to your piece of ass on the side slap on the wrist, let American people know they are being spied on by their own government charged with serious crimes that could send you to prison for rest of your life. This country is ass backwards.

His sentence was not a wrist slap, but Bush rightfully commuted the sentence

    Make it never then.

Had he served it, no. But that's the point.

Factually, the sentence was excessive, thus the commutation

No, factually it was at least appropriate to the crimes he committed in the abuse of his authority.

He was convicted of covering up something that was known at the time not to be a crime. That's what you call a political prosecution

Sarah Palin is another example, six years since she was in public life and I can still get a rise out of the common leftie.

LOL. Yeah, only "the left" does that.

Saul Alinsky's been dead for 40 years and the right can't shut up about him.

That's because the Left is still practicing his "Ends justify the means" ideology
