    I understand your point, but I will always insist that classified documentation that covers up government crimes against our constitutional liberties, is in itself a crime, and if those with the authority don't have the integrity to expose it, I'll take it from an underling and excuse his crime which trumps theirs.

    Agreed. I think people need to understand that the majority of classified information is not classified because it is a danger to national security. It is classified because general knowledge of it would embarrass the government. A perfect example is the Wikileaks issue. I'm pretty sure that nothing there was leaked that would affect national security.
