Not really - use the same metrics to weigh her career as a white guy. Harvard, Harvard Law, U.S. Attorney, partner in large law firm for a decade, another stint as U.S. attorney. Pretty obvious a lot of powerful and accomplished people in a lot of different contexts believed she was smart, motivated and effective in her job. It's not hard. You just have to put aside racism and bigotry.
Same way the burden is on, say, Romney he's not an affirmative action baby who only got where he is today because daddy was Gov. and CEO of a major auto company? Like that? Or do rich white boys get held to a different standard? The biggest and longest lasting and ongoing affirmative action program in the country is preferential admissions to elite colleges for (mostly white) kids of rich daddies.
"I believe in a Spinoza's God who reveals himself in the harmony of all that exists, but not in a God who concerns himself with the fate and actions of human beings."
--Albert Einstein, 1929
I agree and the open racists are people who defend affirmative action on this forum. AA is the govt mandated discrimination of white people and the biggest hate crime in america. I oppose AA and thus am anti-racist. I want people judged on merit and no special treatment given out based on sex or color.
