She will really have to try hard to be any worse than Holder. Si se puede!

Well Cruz didn't see it that way.....Which he made that known. Plus McCaskill said those that merely opposed it all because Lynch agreed with BO, that it was beyond depressing, it was disgusting. The Times also says the Demos assailed the GOP that stood against her.

The Republican majority if it so chose could defeat this confirmation,” said Senator Ted Cruz of Texas, a Republican presidential candidate, who called Ms. Lynch “lawless.”

Mr. Cruz’s comments were immediately answered by several Democrats, who came to the floor to defend Ms. Lynch, recall her personal and professional accomplishments, and assail Mr. Cruz and his colleagues who opposed her.

“This should be a happy day for America,” said Senator Claire McCaskill, Democrat Missouri. She said Republicans opposed Ms. Lynch merely because “she agrees with the man who selected her,” a posture Ms. McCaskill called “beyond depressing — it’s disgusting.”.....snip~

I get a kick out of this. McCain decided that he wanted to run for another term next year so he voted "Nay" while having his little lapdog, Flake, vote "Aye".

It's all just a game to these guys and as long as they have their frat pledge pins they don't give a damn what happens to the rest of the country.

She and obama make a good pair. Neither has ever accomplished anything on merit.

Obama has to pander to racial spoils. You'd think the king of affirmative action poster children would have gone for competence. She is not the best available attorney in the DOJ

She is not even in the top 500

But she does have significant experience going after cops, which I think was the point of choosing her.
