Like I said.....not even in on the knowing with the bottomline. Seems you weren't aware of the Memo.

The current Attorney General, Eric Holder,[3] was confirmed to office by the Senate on February 2, 2009, and sworn into office on February 3, 2009.[4] Holder is the 82nd United States Attorney General and the first African-American to hold the position. On September 25, 2014, he announced his resignation pending the appointment and approval of a successor.[5] .....snip~

OK, we've moved far afield on a side topic that was silly to begin with. I won't wait on the mods to shut this part of the discussion down.

Yeah its understandable since you couldn't figure out that Holder would still remain as the AG and the US would still have its top cop in office. Ensuring that truth justice and all that equality was still operating.

Wow, so much dog whistle mongering and stupidity in one post.

You are looking foolish TD. Why is your "top" prosecutor the best pick ever and why is Loretta Lynch just some dumb ass who is only nominated cause she's a black female?
I guess you cannot figure out that TOP means the ranking prosecutor not the BEST prosecutor

Holder is currently the TOP prosecuting attorney in the Federal government. Do you want to tell me he is the most skilled

You really don't know much about DOJ do you? The US ATTORNEY almost never tries cases. PEOPLE GET THOSE JOBS for political reasons not trial expertise. WE have had two US Attorneys (Same position that Loretta had) in my district who had never ever tried a federal jury case before their appointment--and that was in the last 20 years.

I see none of the Obama fan boys on this thread want to deal with this question

DOES ANYONE BELIEVE that these two successive black appointees to the AG office were the best and the brightest attorneys Obama could find in the Department of Justice?

Well, what I care about is this is a person who was a-okay, under oath, with Obama's blatant unconstitutional actions.

Assume?? Carson has admitted he got in thru affirmative action. Read this article

Articles: Ben Carson in His Own Words

Does that prove he also got the benefit of affirmative action grading to keep him in school?. No but it's very strong evidence. If you have to lower standards to get someone in, you very likely must also lower standards to keep them there. Odds are carson is a mediocre neurosurgeon and the press has been lying to build him up. Just like they told us obozo was a professor at harvard when he was more like part-time instructor.
