You labor under the delusion that if Rush doesn't think of us, no one else will

Most of the people screaming about affirmative action are just trying to drown out the figurative voices in their head reminding them that their success has been influenced by other forms of affirmative action like legacies, etc..

A better account of her qualifications.

for a white applicant (we both were accepted at Harvard law the same year-I went to another school) to get into the class of 1984 at HLS, that white applicant (from Yale) had to be at Least MAGNA cum Laude with a 99th percentile LSAT score (over 770 or so)

I don't see any evidence the individual in question was Magna or even CUM LAUDE at Harvard. Do you, if I missed it

3/4's of the High school valedictorians applying to Harvard get turned down BTW

    Sara M. Lord

So she's more qualified than loretta lynch because she did better while in college?

You can't seriously be suggesting that the person with the most collegiate accolades is always the best pick for AG.

Heya TD. Well I didn't see to many getting all loopy over Gonzales being the First Hispanic AG. It was Historic.....a crowning moment in time for the Nation. Where was all the hoopla about him being qualified and ready to do the job?

Wasn't he also suppose to align himself with Bush Jr? Right.....isn't that what Bush Jr was suppose to do?

Oh she was a top prosecutor at main justice-head of the criminal division a couple times etc. far better qualified. Ben Glassman in the Southern District of Ohio would be way ahead of her too-he was Magna Cum Laude at Harvard Law. Summa at Rice. I can keep going when I get back.

I was wondering how many FOIA's Gonzales was holding up compared to Holder. I doubt she will have enough time to hold up as many.

Don't forget Mitchell under Nixon ended up getting time.
