Its not me that can't come up with how a Confirmation ensures anything. That's your smart power showing remember?

So you're twisting his words then calling it a lie or something?

He's saying that she will ensure that everyone gets equal shot at justice. If you have a problem with that please state it.

Yes, I am. It would be better for whites to go ahead and dismantle their own power structure, but since that is unlikely to happen any time soon, protective measures such as affirmative action are all we have for now.

    That's like calling yourself a white-hating racist!!!
    lol @ the oxymoron

Comments such as these make me even happier that Lynch was finally nominated.

Oh, yeah, she's BLACK! Proof enough I guess... LOL.

And I'm sorry but the double standard for rich white boys is staggering. Ask your friends in Harvard how many of the rich white boys and girls wouldn't have been there if not for rich daddy paving the way for legacy admissions.
In the year she applied to Harvard law-over 1000 white men and 200 or more white women had higher GPA/LSAT scores (and were rejected) than the top scoring black woman.

I've read too many of your posts TD. If someone disagrees with your politics you start name calling and calling into question their intelligence, their abilities, their qualifications. You're a biased political hack. If you want to tell me unaccomplished she is then give me a name and lets compare them against her and lets see if she's really as poor of a choice as you say.
I am questioning that the two best possible Obama picks for AG were both black when neither one of them had a particularly distinguished academic career.

Here is a name who was in main justice and then the US attorney's office for NY when Holder was picked

    Sara M. Lord

received the top prize at Yale given to the best graduating senior for scholarship

    Rhodes Scholar

Magna Cum Laude at Harvard Law School

No I didn't twist his words.....I used his exact words and stated he, just like you did about TD and him not showing AA. That BO can't show this confirmation Ensures anything.

\just like all the far left Obama fluffers started defending her.

hard to believe they all came up with this need to defend their quota child at once

BTW I have been here about 10 years and I have always been an acidic critic of the racist system known as affirmative action

are you denying that the new AG is not an affirmative action poster child? She is the same age as me. I had friends at her college and her law school. If she had been white-none of those people would have ever have met her
God, you are such a racist. Didn't you also say that you refuse to have a black doctor since you think black doctors aren't qualified?
