You can only make the claim that for you there has been zero proof. Millions outside of your circle has had other proof.

No not the character in a book claims to be the son of a god, the god of the bible is bad in many ways. One of them being his ego trip, the other being his habit of treating humans like they are nothing compared to him. Some of those stories in the bible are really twisted with all the killing and raping going on. Personally I wouldnt want to spend a eternity worshiping some god. Of course it doesnt really matter since its all just some other cultures folklore's. It always amazes me that people in the west get so caught up with middle eastern religions. Seriously I just cant relate with those peoples old stories.

A bunch of people call you a bigot and boycott your bigoted business.

You start a gofundme page and a bunch of other bigots give you a lot of money and now you don't need your business anymore.

Or you could have what actually happened. A reporter (was the reporter gay?) could go around to local businesses asking a hypothetical question looking for somebody to give the "right" answer to create a story where there wasn't one. Then a handful of the most intolerant assholes (who claim to want tolerance) can mount an overblown social media campaign to destroy your livelihood. See, by "equality" what they mean is they want to misrepresent themselves to appear to be a much larger group than they are, essentially voting multiple times while preaching fairness. Then someone else can start a funding program to cover the losses (because it was not the business owners who set it up) after you and your business receive death threats and calls to burn your business down by those same tolerant and fair people you have never met and have never set foot in your store to begin with. Next, you discover that thousands of REAL people are tired of the militant (dare I say terrorists?) tactics and support you with real money rather than sock puppet media accounts. Essentially the smear campaign backfires, and we discover that despite the media coverage, there is a large part of society that does not support this kind of behavior. Not because they are against gays, but because they have had enough of the lying cheating assholes who would put forth such effort to destroy a stranger who did nothing but offer the "wrong" answer to a hypothetical question asked by a troll who couldn't find a real news story.

Last year a guy who thought I was screwing his wife (I didn't know either of them, he found my business card in her car and made an assumtion) threatened to kill me. He was arrested and convicted of terroristic threats and is in jail as we speak. Perhaps those who threatened the business and the owners should be charged too. You know, to be fair.

“In America we have a two-party system,” a Republican congressional staffer told a visiting group of Russian legislators. “There is the stupid party. And there is the evil party. I am proud to be a member of the stupid party. Periodically, the two parties get together and do something that is both stupid and evil. This is called: bipartisanship."

I supposed when you are desperate enough to believe something badly enough any evidence however subjectively interpreted can be claimed to be 'virtually unequivocal'. 9/11 truthers have been doing it for years

There is zero proof which satisfies you but there is ample proof from others who have had different experiences in their lives. You may just have to accept that for now.

It's odd that the anti-Christian skeptics, atheists and agnostics, were often among those who firmly believed that "If you like your plan you can keep your plan", while those of a religious persuasion tended to be more skeptical. It seems humans will believe a great deal on faith alone, but Obamacare rapidly proved to be a lie while Christianity, now under threat around the world, has been around for over 2,000 years and people are still finding truth in His words.

What evidence do you have that people are 'desperate' to become Christians?

You responded to a post about Christianity on a thread concerning Christianity so it would seem you were discussing Christians. Would you agree that there are people 'desperate' to believe that Christ did not exist?
