It's not abusive at all, you keep spewing rhetoric that has no bearing but paranoia.

Yep, COBRA is possibly for as long as 3 years. Usually 18-36 months.

The issue is, tossing it will destroy tens of millions of lives who cannot turn to affordable healthcare anywhere else.

His wife made a choice--I thought your GOP was about accountability on their choices .

I'm in my thirties, and had no less than four employers in the last tax year alone, each with their own variant of health insurance (one offered none). I am currently on a high deductible plan with an attached HSA that I get through my employer.

We hear a lot of Bull**** about a plan, when will it be debated in a House committee?
Not to mention have a debate on the House floor with a vote.

Just as with the Tax Rewrite Bill by now retired GOP Dave Camp which never saw the light of day.

Just as with Immigration Reform which was tabled last year after Cantor lost in the primary over it.

Just as with the GOP Transportation Bill that went up in flames due to the two warring factions.

RIPOs claims they're not a GOP.
But until the GOP gets its **** together, we're all ****ed .
The modern GOP is a joke.

Nope.. Fed law says she/he can still get her health insurance through her employer via COBRA for up to 3 years after she lost her job.

Then why are you under the impression Cruz's family couldn't have retained the insurance they just ditched in favor of coverage sold through the exchange?

I guess option four for my assumptions about you is that you've consistently had terrible HR reps that never conveyed to you your rights when leaving their employment.

Worse than that. When Republicans abide by the law it's outrageous, when Democrats try to avoid being subject to the law it's A-OK, apparently.
