Breaking News Airbus plane crashes in Southern France

They're now reporting that the Co-pilot was trained in Arizona.

How is that going to help al Qaeda get inside...they won't have the code obviously? And neither will the rest of the crew. So how is that going to help al Qaeda gain access (assuming both pilots are in the cockpit)?

And if one pilot leaves the cockpit and a terrorist grabs him and forces him to punch in the code...there can be an emergency shut down code that can only be used from outside the cockpit when the door is closed. It would immediately lock down the door until the pilot inside unlocks it.
So the pilot outside the cockpit could disable the system to deny a terrorist entrance to the cockpit.

Different code for each airplane or a different code for each pilot and all the aircraft will respond to any pilot's code?

Assuming you are being sarcastic...nothing is foolproof. But it will reduce the chances of a pilot murder-suicide and still keep terrorists from gaining access to the cockpit.

As for the code? I say have the pilots re-tune the code before each flight.

Pilots then end up using the same code over and over. Probably the same as their PIN.

This one is more than conjecture. We have damning evidence via the flight recorder.
