I also remember reading an IAEA report that went into extreme technical detail, at great length, about a number of technical characteristics of the equipment at Iran's facilities that would not be usual in nuclear power generation, but are completely consistent with a nuclear weapons program.
    Greetings, Matchlight.

Which explains the concern that everyone has about these talks. When countries in the region are aligning with Israel, which is almost unheard of, it seems to boil down to a matter of trust. Apparently they do not trust Iran to be honest about what their goals are, but they do trust Israel to keep on top of things. Considering that Iran is funding many terrorist organizations, they may have good cause to be alarmed!

When you are incapable of honesty, like your comment here, you fail to understand the truth and must resort to this level of immaturity. Netanyahu, nor I, nor any of the "rest of the freaks" are against treaties, or giving it an honest effort, with an honest partner in the matter. Iran has not been for 30 years, only fools keep thinking the tigers stripe is changing.
Climate, changes. It takes a particularly uneducated population to buy into the idea that it's their fault climate is changing and further political solutions can fix it.

That is an epic, emotion laden and ultimately fact-free rant:

As Iranians prepare to elect a new president, the country’s international image is largely negative. Majorities in most of 39 countries surveyed have an unfavorable opinion of Iran, and most say Tehran does not respect the personal freedoms of its people. Meanwhile, any nuclear ambitions harbored by the Iranian government continue to draw strong opposition from Western countries, as well as neighboring states in the Middle East.
    Now for the important part:

Majorities in many predominantly Muslim nations surveyed also see Iran in a negative light, including countries such as Jordan (81% unfavorable), Egypt (78%), Turkey (68%), Lebanon (60%) and the Palestinian territories (55%). Only in Pakistan (69%) and Indonesia (55%) do majorities express a favorable opinion of Iran.

It seems that you, in fact, are the odd one out here.

Did you not read what I had posted in the previous paragraph?

"Iran is a completely middle-of-the-road, 80 million pop country that falls into line with the expectations/problems we have with every other non-Western developing country."

Iran's development is on par with the world average, which puts it in line with countries like Colombia, Thailand, Costa Rica and Botswana. These are countries that do not have overly positive worldly opinions towards them (Colombia and Costa Rica's drug wars and gangs, Thailand's military junta, etc.), nor are they are particularly stable, safe or prosperous countries. However none of them have the same bizarre or absurd standing in America's psyche like Iran does, where America is unreasonably antagonistic towards them.

Second, you forget that Jordan, Egypt, Turkey, Lebanon and Palestine are all Sunni. Iran is not only predominantly Shi'a, but it is to Shia Islam as Saudi Arabia is to Sunni Islam. Heck, it's run by Ayatollahs (the title given to the highest ranked Twelver Shi'a Muslim clerics). Of course Sunnis aren't going to hold Iran in a positive light.
