Funny that the original article is still on CNNs site without a retraction or a correction.

All I am seeing on CNN is op/eds pre-decision arguing why they believe the ACA is unconstitutional, but the reports on the day of the decision all report the ruling correctly.

If it was a CNN broadcast report that got it wrong then how long did they run with the incorrect assessment?

I bet the mayor stays silent.

    Keep austin wierd y'all.
Yep. Fact is Austin is expanding into Black and Hispanic neighborhoods and they're getting priced out.

Hell we're White [with some Native] and we got priced out of Austin proper in 1999.

I don't recall exactly, but I'd assume they caught on pretty fast. I'm sure their social media links exploded at the error. They seem to spend plenty of time obsessing over what social media has to say. Hey, CNN: When I have the unfortunate lapse of judgement that leads me to actually watch your network, I want to hear YOUR opinion about the thing. You learn about the thing, and then you tell me about the thing. That's what journalism is. If I wanted to hear what skaterdude1993 said on Twitter about the thing, I'd subscribe to his twitter feed.

The error should never have happened in the first place. It happened because they wanted to get a story out within minutes of the decision being handed out. They needed to be the first ones, so they just skimmed the ruling. Somebody saw the word "unconstitutional" and jumped on it.
