Well, we know those things exist in a vacuum right? No origin, no cause, no reason.
No end, don't forget, no end...

The right to remove a vendor from a show doesn't come from the first amendment, is not a right the general public has, is not a right you personally have, and you weren't even there when it happened.Horse****. Nobody is suggesting you don't have the right to sell racist gun targets.
What you don't seem to understand is that the rest of us have the First Amendment Right to call that vendor a racist ****head and kick him out of our gun show and refuse to buy things from him ever again.
No violation of a first amendment right, the guy just offended the sensibilities of the people running the gun show. He was asked to leave just like any unruly customer or a vendor that did not comply with the gun show rules.
If I do or say something that "offends" you. And you turn around and deny me, without reimbursement, my sales spot. You are infringing on my 1A rights.
Just what are the written outlined rules for sellers? Do you have a copy? Care to post it? Or are you just another progressive that finds glee in being offended.
You still sound offended.
Talk about holding a grudge!!
Then get your hearing checked.
Yes, you'll see that in America, and right here on this board. And they don't get infracted or banned for it.
maybe to piss off left-wingers or those who went bonkers over a white cop properly shooting a black thug.

Incorrect. The 1st amendment protects political speech. It does not give you the right to say what you want, whenever you want, where ever you want. A private enterprise has the right to conduct itself in whatever matter it seems fit, including restricting speech. As a matter of illustration, if you are using foul language in a public forum, particularly a public place that is privately owned, you can be asked to leave.
Whether or not the show promoter needs to reimburse the vendor is a matter of contract, but there is no 1st amendment issue here.
So you have a copy of the sellers agreement with the show promoters?Incorrect. The 1st amendment protects political speech. My hearing is fine but your poutrage could use some adjustment.

Not germane to the conversation. You are telling us this is a matter of 1st amendment rights. It is not.
why should they be infracted or banned ?
as to the topic, i have no problem with the vendor being removed by the operators of the show.... he's free to sell his racist bull**** out on his own.
Ahh the old "false flag" tinfoil hat option. Classic!
