Sandy Hook families sue estate of shooter's mother[W:52]

Re: Sandy Hook families sue estate of shooter's mother

You must be imagining such things as I made no such post.

You deny these are your words?

Now you're posts sound like crackpot prophecies.

YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO DISHONESTLY MOVE THE GOAL POST LIKE THAT.

Here is what you said about my post

So can the crap about the nonsense and produce the post where I talked about killing lawful gun owners.

And no games. Produce it or apologize.

I only quoted your words. Do you deny you wrote the quotes I provided?

It's real simple haymarket - yes or no?

Yes you did. And you first made up your own peculiar and false version of what I had written.

YES - you made it up.
YES - and committed intellectual fraud
YES - and a breach of standard debate practices

So you have not one yes , not two but three.

Simple enough for you?

Re: Sandy Hook families sue estate of shooter's mother

Simple enough for you?

Try answering the question: Do you deny you wrote the quotes I provided? yes or no?

Let me guess... you won't answer. I totally expected that...

Of course I wrote the quotes in your post 576. And lets look at WHY you quoted me when you did and how you did.

In post 574 - you falsely interpreted my post saying that I wrote a post fantasizing about the violent killing of lawful 2A gun owners.

here it is
If I keep that in mind, your fantasy post about the violent killing of lawful 2A gun owners is some morbid hallucination.

In post 575 - Called you out on it and said I made no such post.

You must be imagining such things as I made no such post.

In post 576 you then quoted the actual post I made.

You falsely presented garbage in your post 574 BEFORE you quoted me later after you were called out on it and chastised for your falsehood.

You quoting me in your post 576 AFTER YOU WERE CAUGHT PRESENTING A FALSEHOOD about what I posted does not give you a free pass , or an excuse, or an alibi, or a justification for your falsehood in post 574.

Anything else you need answered?

Of course not - it is the mark of dishonest posting accountability.

Re: Sandy Hook families sue estate of shooter's mother

Continuing on your own personal crusade to attack me is NOT debating the topic at hand.

Fail. Debating requires honesty.

Re: Sandy Hook families sue estate of shooter's mother

Yes I believe the estate of the deceased should be sued for reckless criminal endangerment because clearly that domestic arsenal was not secure enough. Is that clear enough for you ?

Now lets ask the same question for something that you know that you not only DO have but will continue to have. Apply the same question that I asked you only replace "guns" with "cars". And remember, we're talking about it being "not secure enough". Not that a car wasn't "designed to kill" or anything else like that. A car can be used for such if it is not properly secured also. And just for a refresher I'll repost the question here only I'll replace "gun" with "car" type adjustments...

So if you have a son that grows up and ends up murdering someone with your car that was locked away in a car garage and he happened to pickpocket your key from you would you accept responsibility for your son murdering innocents? I mean come on, you "obviously didn't do enough to secure your car". And you obviously "should have known beforehand that your son was a murdering psychopath".

Its easy to proclaim that X should happen when you know that you will never have any stake in X. Quite another story when you know that you will. Lets see your response......

Re: Sandy Hook families sue estate of shooter's mother

People can easily commit multiple murders anywhere they like in the US (schools included) and do it very successfully too thanks to easy access to firearms.

it happens in Mexico all the time too and access to LEGAL guns is very difficult

Re: Sandy Hook families sue estate of shooter's mother

Of course I wrote the quotes in your post 576.

That's swell. Thanks that's all I needed.

What a sick fantasy though.... I mean, wow.

Re: Sandy Hook families sue estate of shooter's mother

Actually its only a teeny tiny part but the rest has already crushed and flushed your lame argument.

SEE POST 581

There is the whole story including your falsehoods.

yes - that pretty much describes your post 574.

Re: Sandy Hook families sue estate of shooter's mother

yes - that pretty much describes your post 574.

Mass murdering of people, even hypothetically, is not something to be proud of nor should your posts advocate it.

Yea, it is pretty pathetic, ain't it?

what is hilarious is gun banners' dreams for a "gun free America" requires men with guns to carry out that dream

And to kill others with guns to back their own ideology. Isn't that what Pol Pot, Stalin, Mao, and the rest did? I guess we're finally seeing the true nature come out right here on DP.

Yea, it is pretty sick that his political ideology requires the mass murder of those he does not agree with.

Come to think of it, ISIS is doing the same thing right now.

No lets not indulge that blatant dodge again. In my country even our kiddies know there is no moral equivalency between a weapon and a mode of transportation

So are you trying to state that a car can never be used as a weapon? Are you trying to state that someone that uses a car to murder someone should some how not be as culpable as someone with a gun? Come now, if you want to be consistent then surely you'll advocate the same thing in the case of a car being used as a weapon as a gun.....right?

This is no dodge. A car can in fact be used as a weapon. <---Fact. Cars have in fact been used to kill people. <---Fact. Parents kids have in fact used cars to murder people. <---Fact.

If you are to be consistent then surely you'll admit responsibility and will gladly fork over millions of dollars from your estate should your child ever use your car after having filched the keys from you in a murder. After all, you should have secured your car better. You should have also known that your child would become a murdering psychopath.

Going by your reasoning and logic.

Re: Sandy Hook families sue estate of shooter's mother

I'm sure it has been ....and just about as regularly as there have been lottery winners

This is no dodge.

Of course its is. Its an attempt to excuse firearms killing and protect guns

Going by your reasoning and logic.

Unlike you my reasoning and logic allow me to distinguish between what is and is not a weapon
