So, since Obama's mother was 18 at the time of his birth, if he was born abroad it would be impossible for her to meet the legal requirements to confer citizenship.
He was born in Hawaii, a US State.

~ But not for today's out of touch, running out of time, GOP.
Well, I think that has been the republican's problem, afraid to express their values and articulate their position. Oh, don't say anything bad about Obama's policies, they'll call you a racist.

Meanwhile. the democrats call them terrorists, bigots, racist, etc... and that's okay. I'm not saying to go down that road, just don't be afraid to express your values and positions.

No, he's Kenyan. Just ask his wife:

I don't understand why Obamatrons still get mad when this is refrenced since it comes from the Obamas themselves. What's Cruz's middle name?
I know, it's not like she meant he was born there.

I've said (prior to that) many times that Ireland is my homeland and I've never been there.

Are you really not reading this thread?
As already pointed out, she got it wrong.

Again, I told which posts to read to find my position. Avail yourself of the information.

No it is not a stupid reason.
Why should it be? That is what the Constitution says.
If you do not like that, get it amended, until such time comes, it stands.

Wrongly allowed to run. He wasn't a natural born Citizen. He wasn't even born a citizen.
His citizenship was later conferred upon him by a law.

    As previously provided.

A law (8 U.S.C. § 1403) was later passed granting those born there Citizenship. You know why?
    Because they weren't born Citizens.

No, the issue was never settled.

A natural born Citizen is not the same as just a citizen. They are different. Our founders knew what the distinction was and incorporated it for a reason.
And the Courts are prohibited from considering natural born Citizen to be the same as just Citizen.
And no law created can change the meaning of the words in the Constitution. It takes an amendment for that.

    No it doesn't.
He qualifies as a Citizen by statute. Not birth.

Still born a Canadian owing allegiance to Canada.
Doesn't matter that he latter renounced it. He was born with it.
