That's one way to deal with it. The other is to grow thicker skin, or avoid them altogether and get to know someone face to face.

Nah. You go after my daughter, I'm going to do my best to see that you regret it.

Think of it as a digital broken windows policy. When these punks get away with misbehavior online, it makes the more likely to misbehave elsewhere. Also, you are going after my daughter. That's going to hurt. You.

I'm sorry, jmotivator....I totally misread your post. Arg, I hate when I do that.

Now every sum'bich who thought it would be cool to flex their anonymity muscles on a teenage girl are crapping their pants not knowing if they are the next target.
    That makes me smile, too.

Not sure who was more shocked, the dad reading the tweets....or the trolls after the dad contacted them. In this case, I think it was the latter.

Many trolls show a remarkable ability to usually feel entitled to harass or speak ill others yet not receive similar treatment in return. It's quite fascinating, if not downright amusing, to see them hold their tail between their legs when they are openly and frankly called out.

Trolling might be a good indicator as to how some people in society would behave without any laws, rules or consequences (total freedom). I don't know if it's the anonymity or the obsessive need to be noticed....but there is something about the internet, Twitter especially, that just seems to bring out the stupid in even the most intelligent people. When one wrong 'tweet' can destroy entire careers....it's just mind boggling why so many people think they can behave differently on social media than they would in public. It's just bazaar.

What I think some on here are mot seeing is the fact that he is about to send his daughter to college. She won't be at home anymore where he can somewhat protect her. She is 17 years old not 25. To this point Dad has driven off the bad guys. That won't be the case once she leaves the house. Now you have these tards talking some pretty bad stuff about what they would do to his daughter and he should just ignore it? There are several instances of Celebrity stalkers doing pretty bad things to their victims. Although she is not a celebrity, her dad is! No reason to think one of these idiots wouldn't try something stupid.

I don't blame him for outing them, getting them fired, tracking them down and beating the brakes off both of them. If the authorities can handle them and they apologize via twitter then great, otherwise I would just handle myself.

Kinda comments like I've seen on the Internet? I'd make the mother****er watch me eat his children.
