I can agree with that. He's probably a good man, and he's definitely a smart man. But he has no political background, and unlike other non-politicians who came reasonably close to the presidency like Herman Cain and Ross Perot he's not even a businessman. I just don't think its possible for a man with literally no political or economic experience to jump to the most powerful position in the world, where those two skills are paramount, and govern effectively. I'm confident he's an extremely competent neurosurgeon, but those skills that he actually has the experience and training with aren't going to be helpful as President.

It's only an opinion on my part based on how people react to failure. Obama was a one shot deal, in my view - he was an attempt by America to cleanse a troubling past - they've done that and even reelected him, although he failed in the office, rather than reject America's first black President. Being first only happens one time - after that, the shine and novelty of the accomplishment wears off.

Strange. I thought I heard of him doing this last year. I know I have seen a Carson 2016 bumper sticker.

Whether one agrees with Obama or not his ability to unite people is in fact what got him elected twice. And while media loves race stories and while the people who were already bigots in this country lost thier **** when he was elected and became very loud squeaky wheels, in general, to NORMAL people, race relations in this country haven't been better IMO. Its only the people that already have a problem with race (all races included) that are in overdrive.
Don't give up your day job..

Opinions are like ass holes, everyone has one and most stink. Your opinion that Obama is a great uniter will have to pass, since the dirtbag incomptetent walked into the Oval Office and declared elected members of congress to be "enemies"

Being a leader means more than getting along with people who agree with you, it means getting along and getting the best out of those who don't. And to do that you need to respect them. Obama does not, he sneers and attacks those who disagree with him, the same way you attacked this guy, calling him a bigot without proof.

Any monkey can smear, as you and he have, but how many can take **** like Netanyahu and then compliment his adversary as he did Obama.

That's leadership, that adulthood, that balls, all of which are lacking in Obama....the petulant little baby who has to demean to be seen to be great

That's why I wish Huntsman would reconsider.

Exactly, Cain & Perot had management experience. Carson doesn't. He's not a politician. He has no management experience. He has no budget management experience. And so on. The days of going from farmer to President are long past.
