I pay for my use and then some.
Last I checked I work for my employers, not you.
Except they aren't, comrade. Why is it so hard to realize that some of us take care of ourselves and then some, instead of suckling at the govt/taxpayer teat?

Nor did I said "I worked for your employer".... I said that if you are an employee you employer pays into unemployment through a tax... Thats a "handout"...

No, thats not every handout. A person who does not contribute did not pay for it, nor are they entitled to it merely for a vote or for existing, or being "oppressed".

Last I checked, a tax is a govt mandate, coerced on the people. If you force my employer (you have, comrade) how does that help me? Frankly, it hurts me not only by putting a middleman between me and my employer, but by raising costs to my target demo-the sick and injured. Yes, that includes unemployment-which I have/am personally saving/sacrificing for as we speak.

If I lose (not loose, oh student of public school) I will pay for it-I dont need govt to do that. Crazy, I know.

No you did. Your employeer pays into an insurance program that is established by the state. The state government established certain rates employers pay for employment, They pay a certain into this fund, Its called "unemployment.". Each employer pays into this. IF you loose your job, you gain this benefit towards you .ITS CALLED UNEMPLOYMENT. But then again, you are against this benefit. Please make a check back to the state...

Estonia will have a general election tomorrow (Sunday, March 1, 2015). The Centre Party (which is friendly with Moscow) is slightly in the lead. But even if it should win it would remain an opposition party as it doesn't have enough support from other parties (5% threshold) to form a government. This means that the Reform Party will continue in office in a coalition with the Pro Patria and the Social Democrats. Estonia has weathered the European financial crisis very well .. its public debt is the lowest in the EU and unemployment has been halved since 2010. Estonia and the US are the only NATO members to meet their alliance financial commitments.

How much does war cost ? Who cares as long as its necessary and as long as its won. Did the US or UK know how much WW2 was going to cost them and if they had would it have made a difference ?
