I think if Thomas Jefferson were looking down, the author of the Bill of Rights, on whats being proposed here, hed agree with it. He would agree that the First Amendment cannot be absolute. - Chuck Schumer (D). Yet, Madison and Mason wrote the Bill of Rights, according to Sheila Jackson Lee, 400 years ago. Yup, it's a fact.

Yeah, why should Netanyahu care any more about President Obama than Obama has demonstrated he cares about Netanyahu?

He really should care because President Obama will be in office another two years. Netanyahu is so vain that he thinks he can undo any damage he's caused just by proclaiming "the Israeli ties with the US is strong and will always remain strong." Not so, Mr. Netanyahu. If the fabric of the foundation began to erode how long will the building stands

If what you suggest about his personality is true, it's no wonder he would have difficulty getting along with the President. Since Obama most certainly suffers from the same disorder, it must be hell for them to be in the same room together.

We have lots of allies, some worth a bit more than others. But they still din't get to dictate our policies. America needs to work for America first.

    No.

He visited Israel in July of 2008, four and a half months before the election. He did not address the Israeli parliament. Instead he met privately with Ehud Barak, Ehud Olmert, and the Palestinian president Mahmoud Abbas.
The Israeli Election is March 17th. Two weeks is not the same thing as 4.5 months.

I think Obama is moving onto something else he hopes will work to bring a bit of stability in the ME, however unlikely that will end up being. And Israel can do what it wants; I don't see Obama going to petition their legislative branch. Obama shouldn't dictate their policies either.
