Rudy Giuliani: President Obama doesn’t love America[W:649]

Re: Rudy Giuliani: President Obama doesn’t love America

He did have a serious point. One that has no pertinence in this thread.
It has pertinence wherever and whenever Gruberites gather.

Charges of racism, hate, etc., are the playground of the ignorant Left. Facts are on the side of the conservatives, so that's all they have - one word bumper sticker slogans that appeal to the great unwashed.
Right!

Here's an interesting take on the bumper slogan crowd.

“Everyone's for a free Tibet, but no one's for freeing Tibet. So Tibet will stay unfree - as unfree now as it was when the first Free Tibet campaigner slapped the very first "FREE TIBET" sticker on the back of his Edsel. Idealism as inertia is the hallmark of the movement...He's [the guy with the bumper sticket] advertising his moral superiority, not calling for action. If Rumsfeld were to say, "Free Tibet? Jiminy, what a swell idea! The Third Infantry Division goes in on Thursday," the bumper-sticker crowd would be aghast. They'd have to bend down and peel off the "FREE TIBET" stickers and replace them with "WAR IS NOT THE ANSWER.”

And of course she never said any such thing.

Lol. Gotta love the those that blindly follow the "leader". Let me guess, you think Obama is a great President and nothing is his fault. And you think Michelle Obama is really CLASSY and is a great first lady?

Lol, love to hear this response.

By the way, I'm glad Michelle Obama STATED that she's finally proud to be an American.

Must stink to go through your whole life hating America, and then when your husband is elected, it's finally awesome!

Without precedent? In THIS thread, ive posted pics of the lefts comments and protests about Bush.

Your memory may be a big foggy, but mine isn't.

And heres some news-there are very legitimate reasons to attack Obama-RACE has nothing to do with it, stop hiding behind it.
Never stated that legitimate criticism existed. The low point was Birthers, and the Republicans have reaped ill will from from that. Attack on policies- fine- love of country- well just above the bither level as the comment stated he was not raised the same as you and I. WTF is that supposed to mean?
Now as to what to call Islamic terrorists- Muslim - nope, singling out a group for a minority that perpetrate terror- Islamist's terrorists- yep- Was the IRA called Christian terrorists?

Re: Rudy Giuliani: President Obama doesn’t love America

And I agree with almost all that you said. I used to go to NYC quite a bit and the man deserves much credit for its turnaround. He did a very good job.

His 911 performance was also stellar.

And then he blew it with that presidential bid that was his own damn fault. And that is why his words no longer have the weight.

I ALMOST LIKED YOUR POST!!! But you killed it with the last sentence.

He did blow his presidential bid. Bad political calculus in a horse race. That doesn't strip his words of weight, it simply means his political calculations in a political contest did not work out.

What should strip someone of their credibility is:

Associating with terrorists.
Having a mentor for 20-years that is a racist and is anti-American.
Was schooled by a Commi who developed tactics to be used against the USA.

That's serious stuff. That a tactic didn't work in a political dogfight that has only one winner... not.

Re: Rudy Giuliani: President Obama doesn’t love America

Giuliani, as the draft-dodging son of a draft dodging mob enforcer, proves once again the old adage that the apple doesn't fall far from the tree.

ROTFLOL... Just Say No!

Go read his history... and the guy brought down organized crime.

I do have a question... Guiliani isn't associated with the mob, but Obama is with terrorists, racists and anti-Americans.

Obama sought these sick pricks out.

This does not bother you?

Re: Rudy Giuliani: President Obama doesn’t love America

Yeah we get it. The only blacks you tolerate are the ones who think exactly like you.
This is a little bit sick really. Funny thing, had a date with a beautiful black girl today... I'm sure we don't see eye to eye on everything, but if we keep seeing each other... who knows? Maybe? Maybe not?

Liberals are a bunch of commies, blah blah blah.
Libs have Commi/Socialist tendencies. Just look at our society. That BS is not from our founders!

This is one liberal who was fighting commies probably before you were born, so those ignorant comments deserve the contempt they get. I guarantee you that you wouldn't call me a Commie to my face.
LOL... you can't give that guarantee, and I can back it up if you can't debate and prefer to dance.

Re: Rudy Giuliani: President Obama doesn’t love America

Gratuitous Gruber reference! Shots all around!

That's who you folks are. Gruberites.

We realize you don't like having one of yours in a leadership position, an architect of socialist misery, paint you folks as "stupid", but hey... the shoe fits.

Wear it or change your ways.

Until then, enjoy a life of being a Gruberite.

At the risk of committing the cardinal sin of making too much sense on these threads, I will address this briefly.

Obama was not an associate of a terrorist William Ayers. He served on a couple charity and educational reform foundation committees with Ayers, as did numerous other people in Chicago who are presumably not accused of "paling" around with terrorists. Obama knew Ayers as a respected member of the educational community in Chicago , and a university professor, not a terrorist from another era. And they are hardly good friends, more like occasional acquaintances. Again, when Obama met Ayers, Ayers had already been rehabilitated back into the mainstream liberal community.

As for Wright, Obama was a member of this very afrocentric church, but there is no longer any reason to believe that Wright was a "mentor" to Obama other than in a very general way. Obama is not a churchgoer, as we know. He doesn't appear to be very religious. There was no video or photos uncovered of Obama attending TUCC regularly, even though he was a member there for 17 years. Since Obama "disowned" Wright, they have not had any communication. That was 7 years ago. The most likely way to describe Obama's relationship with Wright is that he was using TUCC to give himself "street cred" on the streets of black Chicago as he was working his way up in local politics. Black ministers are an important part of the black political scene and often have a lot of influence on voters.

6 years into his administration, Obama has never catered, at all, to the "radical" segment of black leadership. Wright has said many times that Obama abandoned his connection to the black community. Cornell West and Tavis Smiley have both excoriated Obama for not doing enough to promote the "black" agenda. The political far left, the presumed "communists" in this country, have blasted Obama for not promoting left wing proposals.

All these claims that Obama is this radical black America hater have no basis in REALITY. Their basis is in the imaginations of the political right who hate Obama for the most spurious of reasons. It is just a coincidence, of course, that this is the way the first BLACK president is perceived.

Right, because your condemnations, name calling and labeling is done out of love and the hypocrisy, well that is just a bonus eh?

Facts are on the side of the conservatives
Yes, we have also seen your mastery of those...

Perhaps you have heard of "...all men are created equal..."

ROTFLOL...

Yes... and are therefore subject to equal protection under the law, not equal economic outcomes.

How said anything about economic anything, but if equal economic outcomes is your understanding of commi/socialist, clearly you are clueless about that too.

He has nothing to do with The thread. His name is simply being used as a RW buzzword. The fact that you had an orgasm only proves it.

Gee whiz Wally - who are they talking about?

That you had a calf revealed a certain sensitivity.

Gruberite is another term for ... sucker... "stupid", directly aimed at demokrats.

She never said she hated America! Can you please find it for me, and then post her stating that she hated America, hmm? As far as president, he's no better or worse than any other. And he certainly has his faults and things that he is responsible for that haven't been good. Sense you haven't been around long, I'll overlook the fact that my criticisms of Obama haven't caught your attention.

100% correct.

Re: Rudy Giuliani: President Obama doesn’t love America

He did have a serious point. One that has no pertinence in this thread.

In conservaland, Gruber's comments mean all liberals are wrong about everything, and all liberal arguments can be dismissed with a handwave and a "Gruber."

Your error is in "deciding' what is legitimate and then blanket smearing anything else as racist. Step out from behind your (lame, discredited) shield.

Gruber merely stated that the left will march in lockstep and clap like seals when they are thrown a bone. He's right btw. :2wave:
