For some time in these discussions about walmart abuses and organizing drives I predicted that the pressure would defeat them. Within a year the starting wage at walmart will be $10 an hour. This will of course increase the strength of the organizing drive and have a good effect on the drives for Mcdonald's as well.

    Nice work.
    let's see
of the 1.4 million walmart workers, how many are now union members?
we are negotiating about dividing a pizza and in the meantime israel is eating it

Well, you don't know what you're talking about then dude. $10 bucks an hour, as a full time 40 hour a week salary adds up to what I I say it does. So if you can't explain your arcane concepts, then don't tell me ME I won't get it. YOU will just have to accept the fact that you're making an inane assertion.

walmart has been under public pressure and a large union organizing drive for some time due to their pay abuses and employees having to file for public assistance - as suggested by walmart. walmart has cracked under the pressure and is being jerked into reality. So good for the organizing drive.
It would be foolish to believe such a thing. They are just reacting to the market place, that is all. And if you think the left will let up one bit and stop calling Walmart a villian, you are dreaming. They will continue as usual.

Walmart is capitulating to pressure. The organizing drives are getting stronger and stronger and they are going to increase in size and intensity: it's the only defense that the average working man has against economic tyranny.

I asked you about the extra money these workers will make and if it is worth it to join the union. Extra means above and beyond what they are already making.

It is not a hard concept to grasp.

No because companies still take dollars. It isn't like Declanville can ban the US Dollar. Alt currencies supplement, not replace, the existing currencies. It just means that if you buy a pie from me for 5.00 Decks, I'll be spending that money at a local owned business that takes them instead of at Amazon.
