And yet...education spending is stable and test scores in Wisconsin are up (you DID follow up on the conversation we had a few days ago...right? Or did you just ignore it when presented the positive information and move on to a different category to attack?).
Efficiently, by cutting programs? Florida did that by essentially not having a computer science program in the University of FL. Also, as I already mentioned, many states had no revenue at all and needed to cut which was tragic in itself, but highly irresponsible if they ran a surplus and decided to give it back to the state's richest instead of funding its educational system. This harms the middle class.
