Obama claims he took over the worse economy since the great depression

    but actually,

he presided over the worse recovery since the great depression.

If you are concerned about the debt, then just be glad that Obama didn't triple the debt, and that the deficit has been falling for years.

so we are only going broke slower?

why do we have a deficit when we bring in over 3t per year?

    where does it all go.....

It's way too early for me to start paying attention about the 2016 presidential elections but Scott Walker must be polling really, really well.

All I see out of the New York Times and Washington Post is hit piece after hit piece. Just earlier today I was reading a hit piece by the Post about him not attacking Guiliani over Guliani's comments.

No, we are not going broke at all. Our government can print/tax/borrow all the money it needs. The system is setup that way. How can you go broke when all you have to do to have money is to add extra zeros to an account?

You do realize that we have had a federal debt every year except from 1835-1837 don't you? You know what happened in 1837? We went into a depression.

People have been complaining about the federal debt every year that it has existed, claiming that we are just "kicking the can down the road". Imagine that, 200 years ago people were complaining about the same things we complain about today - human nature, and the lack of understanding of how our economic system works, never changes.

Our odd way of creating money is by borrowing it into existence. If every penny of debt in the country was repaid today (which is actually impossible), there would be no more US dollars.

yes, let's pretend the 70's never happened and that it is impossible for other countries to ever get fed up with the shell game we play.

We can't go broke, we can just unilaterally thumb our noses at all prior commitments we made, just like what happened in the 70's.

No, we can still pay all prior commitments, regardless of that mumbo jumbo you mentioned. Why wouldn't be be able to pay our obligations?

that "mumbo jumbo" was the actual history of this country and how we unilaterally ended agreements we made because printing money isn't the panacea people like you claim it is.

We now have a service economy. So trickle down no long works. Best examples of this are Wisconsin and Kansas and Louisiana. All 3 states have cut taxes to the bone, and all 3 have serious money problems. Even an oil producing state like LA is looking at some serious deficits.

So, no payoff from his spending, economy can't handle the load, and the military still needs to be rebuilt. The best thing for him is people dropping out of the workforce so that the unemployment rate goes down. That really tells you something.

He's an idiot, and we are all getting screwed.
Stop being scared. It's ok, nobodies going to hurt you. America has the biggest ****ing kick ass army in the world, and did the whole time Carter was president too!!!!!! Stop being a pussy, stop shaking like a leaf on a tree. It's ok, if we ever really get threatened, bad, we'll nuke another city, kill a couple hundred thousand civilians and teach the world not to **** with us again for 60 years. It's ok, really.
