Mount Carbon, West Virginia this time...

Train carrying 3 million gallons of crude still burning

A couple days ago it was Timmins, Ontario. There's been about a half-dozen of these recently, since the Lac Megantic disaster.
Yeah, this is a much better alternative to pipelines.

Yeah, this is a much better alternative to pipelines.

Well they sure have more jobs created by rail that's for sure. Some disaster relief worker is sending his kids to college with the overtime, and he's reading this and he's apoplectic that anyone would suggest such a thing

Coincidental considering the name of the town

Drinking water filled with oil will have no effect on the people of West Virginia. These are people who eat coal for breakfast.

We've had a series of pipeline-protests here in BC this past year. Those, um, good-hearted souls don't consider that the oil will be moved to the market and pipelines, no matter who's backyard they run through, are the safest and most efficient way to move it.

Meanwhile, you have President Blunderbrain saying the Keystone pipeline will cause grave environmental destruction.

Because the Keystone XL pipeline causes far too much environmental damage. :lamo

Never mind that pipelines are the safest and most energy efficient way to move oil and other fluids from point A to point B. Don't let the facts come into play now. :lamo
