Think of what it would mean to belong to a political party where a softball question about one of the most basic and fundamental and settled theories in science is considered a "gotcha."

    Wow. How sad.

Next up: Hey Jeb, what's 2 plus 2?

Aren't you the liberal who thinks evolution is a foreign policy issue?

It must be discouraging for people familiar with the real issues to have these dimwits in the voting booth as well.

What a sad state of affairs.

You have to tap dance around something as profound and fundamental as the theory of evolution.
You have to basically do the same with regards to global warming.

I mean, Jesus Christ, even the straight-forward policy of immunizing our children against disease caused the GOP to collapse into confused incoherence:

**Chris Christi questioned enforcing immunizations, then had to walk back his stupid statement.
    **Rand Paul said
he'd heard that immunizations caused "profound mental disorders."
**And who could forget Michele Bachmann claiming that immunizations might cause "mental retardation"?

Well, something sure seems to be causing "mental retardation" in Republicans. What is it, do you think? Is there a specific food they all share? Some kind of medication they all take? What could it be? It must be something.
What does all your blather have to do with what I said?

Oh, wait. Nothing. Just an opportunity for a liberal to bash conservatives. *sigh*
The devil whispered in my ear, "You cannot withstand the storm." I whispered back, "I am the storm."

You kinda thought terribly wrong. The separation was to keep the LAWS from being religious edicts, not religion out of public life. Do you know the capitol building used to host... church on Sundays?
Climate, changes. It takes a particularly uneducated population to buy into the idea that it's their fault climate is changing and further political solutions can fix it.

You really have no idea how the real world works do you?

Oh for God's sake. Why don't you look for ways to enrich yourself, and benefit society rather than pissing, and moaning that others have more than you.

The moment you lib progressives started co opting science as a means to control the masses is the moment you destroyed its credibility.
