    One of the only ideas of O's I support. I'd have a huge technology platform if I was a politician.

    I don't mind the mission, but I don't see the necessity of adding another agency to accomplish it.

    Ditto! It's a known fact the bigger the agency or the more agenies there are the less effective they are. It gets to the point where there is so much bureaucracy they are grossly inefficient. And that doesn't include the interagency competition and exclusiveness that makes them incompetent to handle a threat.

    Yeah yeah I know they are all supposed to cooperate and share intell but I don't buy it for a minute. Whenever there are egos and the need to justify budgets for their agency, you can bet they won't necessarily cooperate.

    I concur.

    As EnigmaO01 pointed out, we have 17 different intel agencies. Do we really another one?
