So no actual charge has ever been nrought against him other than the murder one and he was found not guilty of that one. But hey folks its a political thing. He HAS to be guilty.
The way I read it was that he never threw the wine bottle "AT" her. When the cops stopped her she was crying ,and upset, and neighbors said they heard the glass break. She wasn't lying, she probably just doesn't want to deal with being in the spot light further, or God forbid, she's back together with him! He may have sweet talked his way out of it.
