On ‘Face the Nation,’ Senators Feinstein, McCain Call For More U.S. Troops In M.E.

Re: On ‘Face the Nation,’ Senators Feinstein, McCain Call For More U.S. Troops In M.E

Why should we lead the fight against Isis ourselves or alone? I don't think US citizens should have to pay all the bills to save the world.

Then you are a proponent of having no troops in the middle east. So am I.

Re: On ‘Face the Nation,’ Senators Feinstein, McCain Call For More U.S. Troops In M.E

Where do you live? On the moon? Coalition airstrikes have kill 1000's of ISIS fighters. Since those strikes began, ISIS has failed to take any more cities in Iraq and have been driven back by Kurdish and Iraqi forces in several areas. If you are volunteering to go over there yourself, I say go for it. Oherwise it is wiser to let us help the Iraqi's take back their own country and give them the pride of ownership that our invasion took from them. We have seen first hand that conquering a country is far easier than occupying one. And installing Maliki was the worst possible choice of action, I doubt they want us meddling there again.

US claims Isis demoralised by heavy losses from air strikes | World news | The Guardian

Yeah we heard about what the US claims. The Kurds taking back their town too. We also know ISIS has gained more ground in Syria, Opened up a Front against Lebanon. While also making an attack on the Saud Border and with their New fence. Oh, they have total control of that Western Part of Iraq. Despite no occupying control of any major town. Forcing the Jordanians and the Saud to put plenty of troops on their borders.

Which doesn't count them being given a city in Libya, while picking up an Alliance with the Benghazi Emirate that was started up there. Nor does it include the Former Taliban in Afghanistan and Pakistan pledging to ISIS.

Moreover the Iraqis are in NO position to take back Mosul.

Which they just beheaded the Japanese prisoner plus now claimed the credit for the attack on the Hotel in Libya yesterday.

We can see, just how demoralized these guys are.

Re: On ‘Face the Nation,’ Senators Feinstein, McCain Call For More U.S. Troops In M.E

So I take it you are volunteering for frontline duty. Someone who talks so tough wouldn't be a coward would he?

Is Johnny Quest McCain going to take front line Duty? Other than Chair of the Senate Arms Committee.

McCain: Get Ready for U.S. Troops on the Ground in Iraq and Syria.....

In an appearance last weekend on the CBS News program Face the Nation, McCain offered a blistering critique of Obama’s handling of the crises in Iraq, Syria, Yemen and elsewhere, saying the president and his top advisers have “lost touch with reality” – including the role being played by Iran in fomenting terrorism throughout the Middle East.

“So there is no strategy,” he said. “It is delusional for them to think that what they're doing is succeeding. And we need more boots on the ground. I know that is a tough thing to say and a tough thing for Americans to swallow, but it doesn't mean the 82nd Airborne. It means forward air controllers. It means Special Forces. It means intelligence and it means other capabilities.....snip~

Re: On ‘Face the Nation,’ Senators Feinstein, McCain Call For More U.S. Troops In M.E

And when we left again, they'd just come back. The whole point of the "war on terror" was to chase them wherever they went until they were defeated. We have no interest in doing that.

We may have no interest in doing that. What I was responding to was the idea that ISIS wanted to get involved in a ground war with us. It doesnt make sense to me that they would since they would get pummeled. Bin Laden learned that the hard way. Al Zarqawi learned that the hard way. Perhaps this new ISIS thug thinks he can do better, but I suspect it is just bravado on his part.

The neocon bible:

k8YSONN.jpg

Very clever--support Muslim jihadists by personally attacking people who want this country to use serious force against them. It sounds like a new twist on the anti-American Soviet propaganda I've seen from the 1950's and '60's about the communists' sincere desire for peace, U.S. imperialist warmongering, etc. All your graphic amounts to is an excuse for taking the side of jihadists against the United States. The website it came from really IS for dummies.

Once again, I'd like to recommend a book by Andy McCarthy, the former federal prosecutor who led the prosecution of Abdel "The Blind Sheikh" Rahman for his role in the first bombing of the World Trader Center in February, 1993. The title is "The Grand Jihad: How Islam and the Left Sabotage America."

These people are religious fanatics, they think they have Allah on their side. I'm entirely fine napalming them out of existence. I just don't think it will do any good because they aren't afraid to die and neither are the millions of fanatics who would come after them. While bin Laden and Al Zarqawi used fanatics to fight their fights, they weren't fanatics themselves. ISIS/ISIL is entirely composed of fanatics who aren't going to stop until they're blown to bits.

The Napalm will work.....as it also prevents them from Obtaining Paradise or any chance of seeing Allah. No Martydumbness anymore. Nothing like watching a human melt.

Also having women kill them....will obtain the same results.

Take away All they believe in.....and it gives them something to really fear. Can't even rely on their God, nor their religion. Not to mention.....the Djinn that come out in the night, in the dark, will help with the psychological impact.

There's no paradise and no Allah in the first place so that's ridiculous. Besides, they don't believe that, there's always some way to rationalize around reality, that's what all religion is based on.

That's what they do believe.....even the Kurds had women out Hunting these waste of spaces down. Check out what they think about dying by fire.

All of these claims that we ought to spray bacon grease on them and all of that is really ridiculous because they simply justify that it doesn't matter by saying they didn't engage in it voluntarily, therefore it doesn't count. We both know that religious belief is absurdly variable, they can ignore anything or explain away anything that gets in the way of their emotional comfort.

They can't explain away nor ignore what they believe and are willing to die over it.....but they can be broken mentally over it. Even these clowns and all they do.

I don't think for a second that most of them ever would be. We've tried pulling crap like that in Guantanamo. They didn't magically give up Islam.

They weren't being hunted down and killed in the ways I have stated. That which they fear the most. Not seeing their Allah. Not being able to be part of their Allah. Also not losing the things that matter most in their wasted lives. Its why BO peep hasn't used NAPALM to bring those points home.

We cannot just destroy them physically.....it needs to be done mentally too.

I don't think there's anything you can do that will destroy them mentally, they'll always find a way to justify not accepting what's being done to them. The reason we don't napalm them is because it would be political suicide. It's the same reason we don't go after their civilian families. BO, and indeed the entire American political machine, lacks the cajones to actually take any decisive action. We like to talk about things, we don't actually like to do anything worthwhile.

Mentally sure there is.....like I said. All you need do. Is listen to them cry and whine about not reaching Allah. Listen to them talk about what those means are.

Its what they believe remember. Just like with being killed by women.

Think how you can mess with their heads.....if women assassins are killing them in the night. In the dark, where they fear most.....they even die believing they wont see or be with their deity. Doesn't get much better than that to destroy them mentally.

I have debated a lot of Muslims and I have yet to ever hear a single one of them say that if they were sprayed with bacon grease or set on fire or killed by a woman, their "salvation" would be one tiny bit damaged. The same thing can be said for Christians, their religious book says they can't eat shellfish and wear mixed fabrics, yet they do every single day without any harm to their faith. Muslims don't fear any of those things.

A Muslim man cannot reach Jannah/heaven if killed by a woman. He will reside in hell.

This is what they believe. ISIS/AQ and all those being called radical/militant/Islamists. That which they believe.....can be used against them.

Why not use the cultural and ethnic differences within ISIS to make the group fall apart?

What are ISIS but squabbling warlords?

Unless they completely rewrite that belief, which they most certainly will. You keep demanding that they all believe something when it's certainly untrue. Just because it's in the Qur'an doesn't mean they'll always buy into it, they will rationalize away any problems that they come across. That's how religion works, whether you like it or not.

Well, we were trying to do that with the MS media talking about how ISIS and AQ were fighting with one another and killing each other. Talking about power struggles, competing with each other.

Until they started working together and showing openly they were doing so, that is.

ISIS can only maintain its existence through force of arms, because religion is the only thing the people of ISIS have in common.

Well it was working with the Kurds. As ISIS fighters were quite concerned about it. Twittering about it too.

Then some of our people started twittering pics of US female pilots......back over Twitter. To help them see some more of the reality that has been taking place.

Yeah, we see how they used force of arms to get a Libyan city to pledge itself to them. Or when we see Pakistani and Afghani Taliban pledging to them. Or those in Algeria Pledge to them.

Then there is AQ and Ansar al Sharia.

I don't buy for a second that it would work in practice, that you'd have large numbers of ISIS fighters dropping their weapons in fear of being killed by a female pilot. Some Imam would just issue a new statement of faith and they'd be back to killing again.

No one said they would drop their weapons.....just like they didn't fighting the Kurdish women. But fighting on the ground it did cause them to actually be concerned about it. Naturally when they captured one. They took out their frustrations.

Not much they can do about what they didn't know.....with US female pilots.
