Netanyahu ‘spat in our face,’ White House officials said to say[W:223]

No actually your contempt for this country and the CiC is so obvious the logical choice is for you to quit mooching and relocate where your favor lies. Btw you might want to be more discreet on what you post elsewhere on the net. It shows your true colors.

:lamo

Wha?

Why would I be more discreet? I show my true colors here, I'm the same as I ever was. Kinda the whole same name same avatar everywhere thing that I have going on. helLOOO?

I'm glad to see you're a groupie though...it's cute. :giggle1:

Just don't make it, like, you know, weird or anything, k?

If they override the Veto the President still has the ability to block or slow down does he not?

It's moot. They don't have the numbers to override. Common sense says to hang on until June or July and then monkey slap them a good one if they are playing games.

Nope.....nothing BO peep can do if they override his veto. Except live with the defeat.

Bo peep? WTF?

You can always dream of an override I guess...

Here I just got done showing this....I wouldn't want ya to say you was never told. That it was kept as a secret from you.

Considering it is you. I will expect some reading and weeping.

Cotton: Congress Would Repeal Bad Iran Deal in Next Administration.....

Sen. Tom Cotton (R., Ark.) warned the Obama administration on Tuesday that Congress will hold a vote on any final deal on Iran’s nuclear program—and, if unable to prevent the president from lifting sanctions on Iran, would work with the next administration to re-impose them.

The measure garnered 59 co-sponsors in the last Congress, and some reports suggest that it could be close to acquiring a 67-vote veto-proof majority this year.

“The surest way to preserve peace is to prepare for war,” he said. “Thus, it may be up to Congress to restore the credible threat of force.”....snip~

Oh great the neocons are beating war drums again. This one could end up being WWIII. What a bunch of idiots.

SO, how long have you supported the death and dismemberment of innocent people at the hands of violent religious extremists?

Your show of support for Obama is equivalent to precisely that.

how so?

now, if you had instead referenced support for the house of saud, which routinely beheads its citizens, i would have seen a point

but i do not see one with the comment you offered. please enlighten me about it

You clearly didn't understand what the senator was saying.

Well, the Saud already made plans with the Pakistani to acquire their Nuke. As they already stated if Iran gets one they will have one too.

Looks like the ME will be looking like a parking lot soon enough.

I am more worried about the Saudis having a nuke than Iran because Iran is not susceptable to ISIS.

Yeah.....you know the story BO peep and the lost sheep. That would be BO and His Team.

Senators rebuff Obama on Iran sanctions.....

Appearing with Johnson on the program, Sen. Ben Cardin (D-Md.) said if the negotiations languish, then Congress should pass tougher Iranian sanctions.

“If they move in that direction, we will pass tougher sanctions,” Cardin said. “The question is when we will do it, and that’s the issue in discussions on Capitol Hill.”

and building those illegal settlements on the land of another people is quite an expensive undertaking, too

The rift between Obama and other stick your nose leaders into Israeli's business such as Cameron of the UK and other EU leaders who are always trying to provoke their Chamberlain appeasement style on others was over a Jerusalem city official signing the final go-ahead for construction of a new housing development in east Jerusalem. East Jerusalem is part of its capital and considers Jewish housing developments there to be neighborhoods of the city. But the international community, including the United States, does not recognize Israel's annexation of the area and considers construction there to be illegitimate settlement activity. Really? It's their sovereign country and their capital yet the "international community" doesn't see the development illegitimate? Tell me Bubba, would you be gun ho if France had a problem with housing developments in Washington D.C.? Why was the " international community" upset with this? Well because it might upset the Palestinians. How f-ing much is Israel suppose to walk on eggshells to appease everyone? When it is ruled by Sharia Law?
Jeesh.

Did you read my original post here? About Obama's systematic, methodic destabilization of the ME?

The connection I'll admit is weak, but it is there and far stronger than my criticism of Obama's handling of all things related ME justifying me being told i'm an Israel First'er...

Speaking before Congress without consulting the oval office is undoubtedly a shot across the brow of the administration, especially given Boehner's reasoning for the invite. Regardless of your feelings about Netanyahu, this is hard to deny.

Ya might want to call up BO.....and let him know.

Make sure he himself puts those sanction on Iran before Congress has to make him look bad. Real Bad.

Lets see Saudi = Money......Iran = heartburn.

Cost of living has gone up for the average Israeli due to the amount the government has to put into means to keep it safe due to the relentless number of attacks on the country thanks to the number of terrorist groups that Iran funds. It is also being hammered on cost of living due to the influx of Jews coming to Israel to flee persecution. They have been pouring out of the Soviet Union where anti-Semitism has been dominant for years and other places where anti-Semitism is on the rise including Europe. The people know why the cause.

Wrong.

Since all yer posting is concerned with is making BO peeps look bad--real bad.
Whether true or not .

Iranian nuclear proliferation is an inevitability. There are only two paths the United States can take. The first is to use diplomacy to delay proliferation. The second is to accelerate it by imposing worthless sanctions.

OP Ed piece but sums it up.
http://www.nytimes.com/2015/01/24/o...jamin-netanyahu-playing-politics-on-iran.html

Normally, the visit of a world leader to the United States would be arranged by the White House. But in a breach of sense and diplomacy, House Speaker John Boehner and Ron Dermer, Israel’s ambassador to Washington, have taken it upon themselves to invite Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu of Israel to Congress to challenge President Obama’s approach to achieving a nuclear agreement with Iran.
In a recent Washington Post op-ed article, the foreign ministers of Britain, France, Germany and the European Union also implored Congress to hold off on new sanctions. Similar messages have come from scores of other experts, including two former American national security advisers, Brent Scowcroft, a Republican, and Zbigniew Brzezinski, a Democrat. According to Secretary of State John Kerry, even Mossad, the Israeli intelligence service, warned Congress that new sanctions would scuttle the talks, saying it would “be like throwing a grenade into the process.” Mossad later tried to paper over any perceived differences with Mr. Netanyahu.

And that is the aid we object to, so thank you for agreeing with my point.

Clearly, you missed the sarcasm.

Government "alliances" are always changing, i.e., Iraq, the rebels in Afghanistan who were once led by OBL himself, Pakistan government/Intelligence. As long as they provide the "assistance" we want for as long as we insist on it, we'll feed their bank accounts. That's not to say that some tight alliances haven't been strong since this country was founded, i.e., France (who knew, right?). But to act as if our government won't put tax dollars to use in areas abroad where it believes our "national security interests" aren't best served or our values aren't upheld is foolish. Those "interest" change over time. Don't believe me? Just look to the East in Lebanon, Lybia, Iraq, Sudan, even Japan and England - the nation we once despised and broke away from!

I agree that our government needs to start taking a more long-ranged view of geo-political events before jumping in bed with governments that generally fall along the lines of "keep your friends close and your enemies closer," but to think we shouldn't use our soft power in the form of foreign aid is just stupid!

That's true, but they haven't done so and won't... Do you think Israel would still exist if the Palestinians had nuclear weapons?

But they don't. And so your your irrational fear-mongering is irrelevant. That same fearful argument was used against Iraq when Saddam was in power (only he used Scud missiles, not nukes - because he didn't have any) and continues to be used for Iran (which still doesn't have nukes).

I get that none of these nations with anti-Christian leaders/governments should have WMDs, but when people such as yourself insist on a single solution approach to resolve problems you leave no room for anything else. Not even Ronald Reagan was so blind as to think non-negotiations was a cure-all for every situation.
