NK did not hack sony, according to security experts

Oh were you trying to be funny? Or is it due to your lack of not knowing much about anything?

Fox Poll: Most Americans Think Obama Lies.....

President Barack Obama has lost the trust of most Americans: a new poll shows that about six in 10 voters think he lies on important issues some or most of the time.

The Fox News poll found that 37 percent think the president lies "most of the time." Another 24 percent say he lies "some of the time." Twenty percent say Obama lies "only now and then," and 15 percent say he "never" lies, the survey found.

In the latest survey, among those who said the president lies most of the time were Democrats (13 percent) and other key Obama supporters: blacks (12 percent), liberals (16 percent), unmarried women (31 percent) and people under 30 (34 percent), results showed.

Looks like I will have to rest my case.....and go with you don't know much about anything. Next time do your own homework, this way you won't come out on the short end of the stick.

Sorry no enchilada. Network polls are as credible and scientific as they are biased, which for Fox is as biased as they get. It would be like asking the viewers of msnbc how honest they think Dick Cheney is.

Post 49.....check out the Wisdom. Comes with knowing and the experience. Which I have plenty in dealing with leftists.

Dealing with "leftists?" Yeah you do have alot of something but I wouldn't call it wisdom. My first clue is you watch a network with a political agenda. That's not wisdom.

First you thought there was no poll and now you change tactics over Fox. Which says nothing of the National Quinnepac Poll.

National (US) Poll - November 12, 2013 - Obama Job Approval Drops To Lo | Quinnipiac University Connecticut

Then there was CNN's Poll too.

CNN poll finds Obama untrustworthy and incompetent.....

People think Barack Obama is a likeable guy however for all his likeability a clear majority does not admire him. They do not trust him nor do they think he can run government.

Applies to Barack Obama Yes - No
Is honest and trustworthy 46% - 53%
Can manage the government effectively 40% - 60%.....snip~

Sorry.....your response still doesn't help you out. Not even with all those Left leaning Polls saying the same thing. Looks like you will need a new Bandwagon other than Fox News.

Yeah, its called I don't put up with any of the lefts BS.....Ever! Especially when they think adding sugar to their Wheaties can puff them up.

You have no clue.....which you have demonstrated here. Especially since I work for the Chicago Tribune Newspaper who Owns the Post Tribune, Chicago Sun Times and the LA Times. About 200 other papers plus 56 Television news Channels and who owns 14 out of the 20 Markets for the MS Media Industry.

Now that's wisdom since I get to hear all the BS from the left and see it up close and personal likes. So again.....as usual. Your Judgment just is not grounded in reality. But then this too.....is not surprising.

I heard a couple of people say it was an inside job for publicity. If that is the case, they should answer for the chaos they have created and the possible ripple effects it may cause.
Whatever went on, it made us more aware of how vulnerable we really are.

Actually I do have something to add.

How does a paper route pay theses days? I'll bet it's not as much as the newspaper column I used to write.

I wouldn't know but I can check with at least about 50 distributors that we service. Including those who pay cheaper in Indiana for those who write columns.

So once again.....how you looking now. Coming from the low end of the totem pole, like out of work columnists.

I'm looking just fine. How about you oh wise one?

I don't question their expertise. Even experts, when examining a relatively small sample, can reach incorrect conclusions. That's because the sample in question wasn't representative. The largest amount of information--and more than just computer-related--remains classified. It is that information that provides a strong degree of confidence that North Korea was responsible. Launching the first retaliatory cyberattack is precedent-setting, and it is highly unlikely the U.S. would have done so or indicated it would do so (with a proportionate response) without fairly conclusive evidence.

Well couple of things set off alarm bells that this wasn't NK. The Source code US/FBI claimed to be of NK origin in it's press release is actually code that was released to the public. I.E. it's in the public domain. Which means ANYBODY with some skills can do it and leave that source code behind. Next.. the hacker/hackers never mention the movie in their releases. Not once. It was only after the MSM jumped to the conclusion did everybody assume that's what the hacking was for. And then why would the hackers be okay with the release of the movie without actually hacking Sony again?

This is very simple stuff the FBI can't get straight.. and saying it was NK based on IPs? It's called Poxy servers FBI, you twits.

That's not what I got on it.....but then you do have quite a, imagination. Still as usual, you do need to cut down on the day-dreaming.

I would be willing to bet you really have no idea about this. Have you somehow seen any of the evidence that the FBI has not released or are you just guessing. The FBI has a bunch of very smart people that work for them and they can also get assistance from several other US agencies among them the best electronic espionage and counter espionage agency in the world. You would have to be very naive to think the FBI does not understand what a proxy server is.

I would say that to think you (who is only relying on what the media is reporting) know more then the FBI who are conducting the investigation makes you look quite a bit more like the twit then them.

Another armchair expert I presume?

North Korea was NOT behind the Sony hack according to multiple security experts | Daily Mail Online

If it was an inside job then it definitely would've been in the best interest of the FBI to blame it on a foreign enemy. If it was an inside job, what could this mean for internal security in the United States?

I also find the Russia connection rather interesting.

Well if anyone can get it wrong, it's the FBI. We'll just have to wait and see if a more competent investigation finds out something more.

Right wingers don't listen to security experts--they listen to lindsay graham and rush limbaugh.

There's nothing to stop the fbi from lying about the evidence it has.

Yeah, if you discount the fact that any decent network admin can tell you the source of the DDOS traffic hitting them.

I am willing to bet you are trying to stroke your epen right now. When Norse and CloudFlare say it's bull****.. it's bull**** because they are leaders in Cyber Security. Norse also has real time tracking of hacks. FBI doesn't have a bunch of smart people. FBI is desperate for what they call "ethical" hackers. . So the FBI admits it's under manned in Cyber Security and aren't seeking the typical agent anymore who now currently staffs their Cyber Security division.. Imagine that..

Then I would also say Guardians of Peace claiming it and then putting up a message for the FBI at Pastebin.. which was:

FBI got trolled and you are still defending it?

Amazing "leadership" from the community organizer.

Moves a giant step closer to war based on questionable evidence.

Now that's an OOPS with a capital OO

The NSA pays more and has always accepted hackers. Roughly double the salary and they don't have a dress code. The problem for the FBI is they can't seem to look past your credentials which are essentially criminal by law.

But in this case, Sony had horridly screwed the pooch where it comes to security and again any decent network admin should have been able to tell them where the attack was sourced and to mitigate it within hours at the outside.

Excellent post. Thanks. I knew there was something wrong with this from the beginning.
