Could a three-tiered alliance be forming to take on the west?

One has endless supplies of cash. Another has the military and long-range nuclear know how. And the other is crazy enough to go first.

I think they share a recognition of a possible common enemy (NWO-CorpGov)
dominated by the Empire (US banking hegemony). They can share insights,
fears, intelligence, and alternative planning. That's just regional cooperation
to mutual advantage or strategic alliances.
