    where do you see the attack on the constitution? I can see it in the POTUS oath ( all enemies foreign and domestic).
    But what should be done, other then call it an attack? (its a cyberattack)

    Today, it's a comedy flick. Tomorrow, they don't like who's running for office and threaten to attack polling places. Where do we draw the line?

    In this case, a foreign power is violating the civil rights of American citizens. The United States government has a duty to protect those rights.

    It's not his duty to declare war. Sony is just as culpable for the breach in their security as the hackers. They knew they were vulnerable and did nothing about it for years. YEARS!!!
